My husband and I had such a great experience at this store today. The gentleman who helped us name was Will. He was very thorough with us and helped us find exactly what was best for us both! He wasn’t pushy, which I really appreciate. He helped us find something we really love that was in our price range! I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Will-​you won’t be disappointed!

Great customer service and the new manager is amazing! He was such a great help and helped my grandparents and I find exactly what we needed. Thank you! I wasn’t sure what I even wanted when I got there but he helped and found me just the right bed.

Shane and Shawn were extremely helpful with the purchase of four new beds! This was my first mattress purchase and I’m glad I chose this place to do so. My mom and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything we didn’t need. Shane was very personable and made the purchase an enjoyable one. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help us pick the right mattress for our prices and not pressuring us or teasing us with beds that were out of our price range. I felt comfortable with the purchase and felt like he was taking care of us. A bonus is that he treated my kids very well and allowed them feel at home by letting them run laps around the store and even gave them water when they came up huffing and puffing lol! I would definitely recommend everyone I know to purchase from them because it was an amazing experience!

I walked into Sleep Train for the first time today after visiting Ashley Furniture across the freeway and had a great experience with Shane Clark. Shane walked my mother and I through price points of what I wanted and guided me to the perfect, plush fit. He made my experience painless compared to other salesmen I’ve encountered. I also got a free bed frame and box spring so I can say I was very pleased with my purchase and the service I received!

Shane is the guy you need to see if you’re looking for a bed. He helped me and my cousin out. My cousin bought her bed right there at the store while I was still debating because I wanted to see if that would be the bed my bf would like as well. We checked the price at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Concord and was quoted the same price but the lady there knocked off $ 100 plus no sale tax. Which was a really good deal. So I called Shane and he matched the price but knocked off about $ 50 more and move our delivery date sooner than scheduled. I was even able to purchase the bed over the phone. He made it so easy to buy a bed.

Everything went well until delivery. They forgot to bring the box spring and had to come back. The delivery guy just left it outside and took off. The store staff was very helpful.

Stephanie Tanner is the lady you need to see if your looking to purchase a mattress at affordable cost very upfront and honest sales person. There is to many crooks these days. I highly recommend her service. I actually shopped all day till I ran into her… Sales person after sales person I engaged with. In which I got no where with. But Stephanie made my purchasing so easy… Thank you Stephanie if you read Unilocal at all I appreciate your time and business

This was our second mattress purchase at this location. James was really helpful in guiding us around the showroom. He was incredibly knowledgeable in the products they offered and helped us zero in on the mattress that was right for us.
Highly recommended!

Selection was limited but Store service was great. Delivery was where things went wrong, they showed up at 9:00am instead of evening delivery as requested, set up done quickly and after close inspection know why, headboard loosely attached to frame. Delivery people did not cover feet or put simething down on my Hardwood Floors. Was told had 100 days to decide to keep or not.

I have to say, it’s scary buying new mattresses because of the unbelievably high prices that high-​end mattresses can cost. But when we walked into Sleep Train, and started looking around, their prices were actually not that scary. We were greeted by the store manager, Renante and he was very friendly and helpful, oh and also very enthusiastic.
I explained to him that I was looking for a King size bed and also a twin size for my two year old son. He showed us high-​end mattresses at first but saw that we weren’t interested and couldn’t afford a $ 5000 price tag either. So he went to the mattresses that were more affordable but also great quality but still very popular brands. We settled on a Posturpedic bed and he worked with us on the price and also got us a great deal with the twin size bed that we also purchased. He also threw in two king size pillows and two standard pillows. We were also given a mattress cover that guarantees us a 10 year warranty on the bed. We also got the beds delivered and installed that same day at no cost! How can anywhere else beat that?! So if you’re looking for a place to buy a mattress, this is the place to go! They want you to be happy and have a good night’s sleep!
