Super rude through the drive through. I ended up not wanting to get anything. I could not understand her. The girl sounded annoyed. I’m glad there are more than just one Starbucks. I won’t be back.

The drive thru at this location is always terrible, but my experience last night took the cake! After doing a little shopping, my friend and I decided we wanted some Starbucks. Per the usual Starbucks etiquette, I am greeted with, «welcome to Starbucks, what can I get started for you».? I tell the guy I wanted a «venti passion tea lemonade» and a «venti black tea lemonade», he tells me to hold on one minute. Ummm OK… so we wait… and wait… continue to wait because all I can hear coming from the speaker is crickets… and we wait. I get that Starbucks gets rather busy, but seriously dude?! I waited about a good 5 minutes before I almost about lost it. Finally, I say«hello». The guy comes back and says, «welcome to Starbucks, what can I get started for you».? At this point I am a bit irritated because I have to remind the guy that I have already ordered. He tells me to pull up to the window. Funny thing is, the guy actually admitted to forgetting about us. Sure, it was nice that he comped our drinks, who doesn’t love freebies!!! But come on! How do you forget you have a line full of people in the drive thru!!! People tell me all the time, retail and the food industry is a hard line of work. Pssshhh, I worked retail for 11 years, don’t feed me that BS. If you’re too incompetent to work the drive thru, then don’t. Rant over =)

I came into Starbucks headed to work western they messed my drink up I called immediately and spoke with someone who told me they would take care of me just ask for ciarra. When I came in and asked for ciarra she was firstly taking to her employees telling them they weren’t taking a lunch before her because they’re not special and cursing. When I asked for her and told her my situation she nearly snarled at me while asking who I spoke with. I didn’t remember the girl I spoke with but I remember the girl telling me to ask for ciarra or Liz and they would take care of me. After telling her that she told me she would do it and rudely told me to throw my drink away because she couldn’t I guess! I understand if nobody communicated with her but for her to act as if I did something wrong I didn’t understand. And I just thought her total attitude was just negative I will give 2 stars because I did get a new drink

Don’t like thus Starbucks. Girl ask me my name, told her my name. She yelled«what?: not excuse can you say that again or can you spell that for me? Girl was $%!* rude! I’ll will never go to this one again. Go across the freeway or in Cordelia.

All the employees seem to be in high school, with that being said, the customer service here isn’t great. The girls here are more worried about gossip than making a decent drink. They can be heard singing loudly and talking loudly about gossip while they work so definitely do not study here. The interior is already small with not a lot of place to sit. But it’s a Starbucks in front of a mall, so what did I really expect?

Probably not the place to go to to hang out. They have homeless people chilling in such a cramped store.

For the people that have been working there for a very long time know how to make the drive through quick! I appreciate the great customer service every time I get Starbucks at the drive through!

If you’re gonna have two people taking orders then have at least two people making drinks! It’s doesn’t make any sense to have the orders coming in faster than they can be made! No reason I should have to wait over 15 minutes for only ONE Grande Latte!!! Ridiculous! Then the two people ahead of me with 3+ drinks each in their orders get a Starbucks gift card for having to wait! Well, no sh!+ they had to wait, they ordered have the menu! Why couldn’t I get a gift card for waiting over 15 minutes for ONE F-ing drink!!! Their excuse for the long wait was that«the cashier is new.» Wait, what?! That has nothing to do with how long it’s taking for my drink to be made! I will definitely NOT be going to this location again! The two stars are for when I finally did receive my Latte, it was delicious and for the cleanliness of the location!

I don’t know why they can never make a decent chai latte at this place. I went in a couple of times and asked to have the drink re made as it didn’t taste right. The staff seemed very offended at this, even though I didn’t say it rudely. What stinks more is when she re-made it, it was still bad! I wish the company had a way of training all the baristas to make the standard drinks the same.

This Starbucks is about 10 minutes from my house, round trip to get my coffee took a little over an hour going through the drive thru. The adventure started at 10:00 am so not a super busy time. By the time I got my breakfast sandwich it was barley warm and very chewy. The problem was the girl working the window. First she gave me the wrong amount and everything after that was an extended process; computing my free drink, my missing hot tea because they were out of the one I requested. She had 0 sense of urgency. We don’t need chit chat in the drive thru. Also I prefer terms of endearment from people who know me, calling me «mi lady» is sort of condescending. Pick up the pace, it’s drive thru, we’re in a hurry.

After reading all the complaints I want to leave you a little positive feedback. There’s a guy that works there that is absolutely AMAZING at his job. Everytime I come there his energy level is through the roof. I’ve even offered him a job in my store. Lol I’m sure he gets asked all the time. I don’t recall his name but he’s African American and metro.

Unless you leave 40 minutes before you’re supposed to be somewhere don’t even try it. I work nearby and still can’t stop before work without being late. Ridiculous.

I come here literally every time during or before work so I’m consistently spending money here. I’ve noticed the baristas are becoming really stingy. From not fully filling up my cup of coffee or filling up my iced coffees ¾ full with ice. Please, if I’m paying you $ 4-$ 5 don’t cheat me out off not giving me what I pay for! I’m seriously going to make the extra 2 minute drive over to Dutch Brothers, they’re extremely friendly, helpful, and sure as hell not stingy plus their coffee tastes waaaay better. Disappointed!

Got a free Carmel macchiato without asking, I guess they thought I waited too long which I did. Thanks. An observation which bothers me, how come Starbucks employees always place the palm of their hands on top of the lid to put it on, that is unsanitary. That’s where I put my mouth, I don’t know what you’ve been doing with that hand!

Had to return my daughters frappacino to get whip cream added which is s given. Then person placed a dot of whip cream because they didn’t appreciate being questioned. Service slow and we will skip this location the next time.

It’s definitely an addiction. Every time I see a Starbucks, I just want to stop and grab something. Yes, I love Starbucks, but stopping 2 – 3 times per day to grab a drink is insane, out of this world, bizarre, purely an addiction. It’s fattening to boot. What can I say, I just love Starbucks. I get my usual tall caramel frapp skinny/nonfat and no whip. The taste is heavenly! Unfortunately, the blend at this location is not as smooth. There’s still chunks of ice left. A sense of disappointment rushed through me, but I continue to support the franchise giving them my business. Like I said, it’s an addiction.

The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the store itself is really nice. Service from the guy behind the counter was half asleep – which is fine– he can be tired, turn around and grab some coffee and wake up, but the food I got(see picture) looked like he just threw everything in the to go bag and dropped it three or four times, wile suffering a massive earthquake and seizure. Pretty annoying.

You’d think working around coffee would put a pep in people’s step! Offered to buy the cashier a coffee since the rolling of the eyes and taking deep breaths kind of gave me the impression she was having a bad day. Cheer up chunky monkey, things could be worse, be thankful you have a job and plenty of food to eat! There are two Starbucks within a mile of this place, I’d recommend you go there instead!
