This quicklys is very convenient for me to go if I want some milk tea & boba. Their drinks are rather sweet but I just started to ask them to make it less sweet and it’s good now! Milk teas are good, boba is good as well. It’s not amazing though. Oh and they make their drinks in a timely manner. There aren’t many boba spots in Fairfield so this place will do!

After having traveled to Taiwan a couple months prior and loving the bubble tea, I decided to look for places that sell bubble tea around here and was pleasantly surprised! This place has a very wide selection of Tea, Slushies, and Tapiocas. I personally recommended the thai milk tea. You won’t be disappointed. I would give this place five stars, but $ 3.50 is a bit steep for a 20 oz drink and is extremely expensive compared to Taiwanese bubble tea prices. Overall, though, I have had a positive experience with this place and will definitely be back for more!

This place is improving! The service is still polite and they seem to have supplies to make what I like but still very hit or miss.

Quick and conveniently located. The staff has always been kind to me. I have not had any issues with something I want being out of stock. I understand there are better places out there but for a fast and delicious drink, I enjoy Quickly.

I got the watermelon slush it was great. The custumer service was terrible. From the looks of it, the young lady behind the register really doesn’t like her job at ALL. Slamming the register not even a smile. Sad face …

The woman who took my order denied me a Thai tea snow drink with boba. It turns out they were too lazy to clean out and use their blenders. I saw the blenders sitting there filthy. I just wanted a Thai tea snow. =(

They run out of tapioca all the time! I normally wouldn’t complain about things like that if it was rare or occasional, but this place runs out every other day. You’re a boba place get it together –_– I do have to say though, I think the people commenting about the customer service and the employees are taking it too far. It’s literally a booth in a mall food court. What do you expect, and furthermore why do you even care about getting extra service when like I said, it’s a tiny little place that is making tons of drinks constantly to get it to you faster. Would you rather they ask you about your day, or give you your drink? Get over it ppl. End rant

I didn’t even know there was a Quickly in the mall… I work fairly close to the mall and went there for lunch when I saw Quickly. I love Boba and my favorite is the Taro slushie. My co-workers and I have been back everyday since. So excited we have one so close. It tasted great, prices were good and service was quick considering we order 4 – 5 drinks at a time.

I frequent this Quickly in the Solano Mall at least once a week if not more because I just love boba! This location is the closest & most convenient one for me to go to compared to TapEx & Quickly in Vallejo. The service is usually efficiently fast and the quality of drinks are good & consistent in flavor to other Quickly locations. The only real reason I didn’t give complete five stars would be because they don’t sell snacks like my favorite egg puffs. The«regular» size cups are the 24oz usually a large at other boba shops and it’s about $ 4.25−4.75 for a drink with tapioca. I would totally recommend this Quickly to anyone in the local area wanting some boba!

There are a lot of girls who work here that act completely rude. Please look into your customer’s eyes and at least crack a smile when interacting with them.

It’s so disappointing when the whole point of having this restaurant/milk tea place is enjoying the tapioca ball/boba, then you get there and they runs out. WTF?! It was still early in the day and they put a sign on the register saying they’re out of tapioca. So dissatisfied. You totally would expect the owner or manager to already be prepared to have extra boba to make especially during the summer. And especially when you’re in the middle of the food court. C’mon lets get it together QUICKLY!

The Asian boy in me is happy. Out of full sized boba, but that’s okay.

I live closer to this location but I don’t like that they lack the $ 1.99 specials like in Concord or San Francisco. Drinks and service are good but no specials. I figured because their located inside a mall.

Love Love Love Boba drinks. I’ve tried almost every flavor there is to offer. My favorite, though, is the Thai-Tea Blended Ice Boba. It’s not too sweet. The subtle Thai tea flavor lingers in your mouth. I’m very content and satisfied after having this drink! However, this last time that I visited this place, I was extremely disappointed. The boba in my drink was hard and still frozen.aargh. I’ve bragged about this place so much to my sister and told her she must order drinks at this place. She got hers and it was a disappointment. I was completely embarrassed having to recommend this place… Before stopping for another drink here, I would definitely have to think twice.

I really wanted to like this place. Really, I did. I come from San Jose, a place ABUNDANT in boba places, so living in Fairfield now, beggars can’t be choosers. So, how does this damn place run out of boba… TWICE?!! If you’re gonna run out of boba, be man enough to put up a large sign, so I don’t waste my time waiting in line.

I had my first Quickly in Okinawa, Japan. And I found Quickly here in Fairfield too so kinda made me happy! I love milk tea and large tapioca. Taste same as one I had in Okinawa!

How anyone can botch milk tea is beyond me but Quickly Fairfield succeeds by all measurements. I have visited other Quicklys and know that their product isn’t unique and is mostly average in taste. Knowing this I didn’t have high expectations for Quickly Fairfield but somehow QF manages to further lower the bar(gasp). Boba milk tea is deliberately sweet but here the drink is a noxious saccharine concoction. Also, know that they seem to be out of boba every other day or maybe after 11am(YMMV). But the most grating aspect is the dismal customer service. I am sympathetic to the travails and banality of a menial food service job, but the QF staff routinely appear dejected and aloof. Often at the counter the employees appear as if you are interrupting them. And this says nothing of their disregard for health codes. I mean I witnessed an employee scarf down chicken nuggets behind the counter like it wasn’t a problem!

I am a BIGFAN of Boba/Tapioca drinks. My wife got me started on them when we met and we have been on a quest for the best ones nearby ever since. I will usually order a «Thai Tea with Boba» to serve as a benchmark and go from there. All that said, I think Quickly in the Solano Mall misses the mark more often than not. Granted, there will be those one off times where there is no line, the service is awesome, the tea is not too sweet, the boba is not sold out and the straws are individually wrapped. Sadly, that happens to me at this place about as often as solar eclipses, and even then, solar eclipses are offended that I even mentioned them in this review. A couple of reasons why this place misses the mark… and this is based on the fact that I keep coming back every time hoping that they will get better, which is about 2 – 3 times a month for the past 6 months. — The service is not so great. It really is a bunch of young folks often on their phones or continuing their personal conversations well after you have been standing there in front of the counter for a while. For this type of place I can live with that, but the other points are what get to me the most. — The Boba/Tapioca is often out. What? That is what people come here for and I’d say half the time they are completely out of the small and/or large boba. Most of the time, this is early in the afternoon when I visit, not later in the evening. The only food places where I appreciate them running out before closing is authentic barbeque places and this is not one of them. — The Thai Tea is very inconsistent in its flavor. Sometimes it is spot on, most of the times it is too sweet. — A HUGE sanitary issue for me is that their boba straws are not individually wrapped AND are out in front of the counter for people to spread their germs onto. Every now and then, they actually do have individually wrapped straws, most of the time, I feel like I need to purell my straw before use. People, either consistently wrap the straws individually or hand them to each customer from behind the counter for every drink they have and even them, have them wrapped. My wife and I now go to neighboring spots in the food court with clean straws and use them. If they actually have the small tapioca at Quickly, which is our favorite, the small straws at any other place work fine. Bottom line, this place has delivered a great product a handful of times, which is what keeps me coming back but their inconsistency is ruining it for me and may be a deal breaker if they don’t step their game up soon.

I hate to break it to y’all but… If you’re working for food service, the Basic Health Department Food Service Regulations require you to have your hair properly restrained. I don’t know about all of you, but I would not want a long beautiful strand of hair to end up in any of my boba drinks including the desserts they are beginning to make. Unless you’re working for Hooters, please have your hair up especially if it’s past your bottom. On the other hand, the service still remains a hit or miss. Sometimes the boba will be squishy gooey goodness, and at other times the boba will be very watered down. Be sure to give your drink a good shake, and ladies, please get off your phones to SnapChat or Instagram and serve your customers with more enthusiasm.

Whoop! Finally there’s a boba place in Fairfield! There used to be a Tap X over by Green Valley, but that place ‘went under’ real fast! Probs because not many people knew it was there and it was in a bad location? Anywhoozies, came here the 2nd day of them opening. I was surprised how reasonably priced the drinks were. well the ‘specials’ drinks. They had bubble, taro & jasmine milk tea for $ 1.84($ 2 after tax(other quickly shops charge $ 3.50!!)) and the tapioca pearls were included! How amaze balls is that? And they were AMAZEBALLS! The tapioca was cooked to perfection – good consistency, gummy & yummy with the milk tea XD So I came again the next day about ½ hr before opening. My friends and I wanted boba, so course we waited & the employees knew we were waiting. When they opened, we got in line and began to order THEN the girl behind the counter told us they didn’t have tapioca and it was going to be a 45 minute wait, WHAT?!(lil John voice). The girl then proceeded to tell us we could substitute for jelly or pudding and it would be a $.50 charge. They could at least have notified us that there would be a wait on the boba whilst we were waiting or maybe let us have the add-on for free :/. Without tapioca, my drank ain’t complete! So I was bummed about that. Overall, service was quick, reasonable prices(especially for the mall) & the drinks were on point. I’ll definitely stop by when I have a craving! Now I don’t have to drive to Vacaville or Vallejo. Yay! Show them some love so they don’t close down! *insert smiling emoji w/sweat drop
