Epic FAIL… the family wanted something hot on this cold night and went to the closest Starbucks. Unilocal said it closes at 8pm. It’s not even 7 pm. Yay! Got there and the girl said she closes early at 7. Really?! Bah!

This is based solely on one employee but it irked me enough to do just a one star. It was 7:30 pm, online hours say they close at 8. I walked up to counter to order a drink, she informs me with an attitude they are closed. I said oh ok thanks anyway, and walked off. I believe she had an attitude because I interrupted her conversation with the safeway employee. 2 minutes later I’m walked past the Starbucks counter and hear a safeway employee order a drink and she happily complies asking how many he wanted. So they close early unless it’s a safeway employee, then they get special treatment? Ok then.

Never been to Starbucks like this! They have very little to offer! No sandwiches. They can’t even heat a pastry! And I don’t know if they moved or what but they are in the Safeway building.

The missing star is for management. One guy serving 7 people at once! He was so polite and pleasant doing the best he can and actually preparing the drinks pretty quickly. I love my white mocha with toffeenut. Ive been moved at work to a location next to a peet’s coffee and really miss starbucks. This little cup made my morning. Thank you Mr. Barista

Convenient location off the freeway, and in the safeway grocery store. This location is usually very quick to make your drink and get you on your way. The only downside is the kiosk is so small, they only have a fraction of the typical food and bakery items found in a regular Starbucks.

This starbuck is the worst managed out of all in the fairfield area. Every time I come to this one it seems that I get the worst service. I have to an asshole to get any type of service an that is not right.
