I’ve been here 4 times now and was always treated well by the two young woman that make the crepes and bubble teas. Today was my first rude experience. Was ordering bubble teas for me and my coworkers. As I began to place the order the man behind the counter argued with me about the flavored that are clearly written on the board. Im surprised by his lack of customer service especially since all the others were so nice. 4 starts for them… Minus two for the rude mad working the counter today.

Been a nearby to Alhambra for almost each one of living. Generally think it is a few definitely wonderful frozen goodies retailer that we can move to! In no way definitely considered a lot of Sugary Swirls until finally I found it about the Food items Network’s Unwrapped. Who recognized the tiny frozen goodies shop so renown! Sweet Swirls seems to have locked itself in a time capsule, though it seems like the rest of Alhambra has changed. The location almost certainly seems the best way it checked like.

This is a great neighborhood place. The flavors are great and they have a great topping selection. Price is good as well and they offer a punch card for frequent customers, which keeps me coming back.

The Crepes and Bubble Tea are so good. The crepes take a little while to make but are so worth it!

This is a nice local dessert place.
I’ve come here with my family a few times after dinner.
It’s not a huge place but has table and seats including high chairs for little ones.
Crepes and Yogurt are great, the only critical comment I would say is that they don’t have as much variety as like a pinkberry or 16 handles.
However, it’s a nice place to relax for a treat.

We split a jasmine bubble tea and a chocolate & banana Japanese-​style crêpe. The tea was delicious, and the bubbles were even better. This is some of the best bubble tea I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of bubble tea. I also liked the crêpe, particularly after I got past some of the custard and into the chocolate truffles and Nutella. I’d try the crepes again, but maybe something with less banana; this one had a whole banana chopped up into it.
Not sure why people are complaining about service; maybe they just came at a bad time when the place was too crowded. I got there an hour after opening, when a half-​dozen little kids were eating frozen yogurt with their mothers. There was one polite young man who took my order, brewed the tea, cooked the crêpe, and put it all together.
I plan to go back soon for some tea, and maybe one of the French-​style crepes or the frozen yogurt.

Lots of great, fresh toppings!!! I am very grateful there is always a sugar-​free option. Not a fan of the Sugar Free praline, though… hopefully they will go back to another sugar free flavor.

This place has everything your tooth could want with a friendly staff as well! When i came in here they had a large variety of froyo flavors that any kids would love. Their recently added crepes should not be missed either. Each crêpe is packed with fresh fruits and ur choice any sweet sauce! Their refreshing bubble teas and smoothies are also a great hit!

I always wanted to try a dessert crêpe and after seeing their ads I decided to try one here and it was amazing. I had the strawberry banana crêpe with nutella and it was so delicious and filling. The shop itself is very cute and bright and the service was great. I will definitely be returning to try the frozen yogurt.

The customer service was horrible! There was a teenage boy on his phone the whole time we were trying to interact with him and ask questions. He was extremely rude and impatient. I will drive a mile up the street to another Frozen yogurt shop from now on, it’s a shame because this one is only 1block from our house. I’m not going to pay for rude service!!!

I have a six year old who loves frozen yogurt so we were thrilled when the shop opened up! It’s about less than a minute from my house, how convenient right?! Let me just say how disappointing our experience was! We walked in and every one of the workers were glued to their phones, texting! Crazy to expect a warm welcome and greetings of «hello,» I suppose. We asked questions about some of the flavors only to be met with sarcasm, rudeness, and disgust. Who knew asking someone who worked there a question could cause so much upset?! The frozen yogurt was mediocre and the customer service was awful! I’ll be driving miles in the OTHER direction when my family wants our favorite frozen treat because this experience was appalling.
