Fairfield Walmart has not changed ATALL. Still the same. Walked in and it just looks cluttered and the floors are dirty. Was really there because my appointment got moved and I needed to kill time. So I walked around, I went to the area where they keep the folders and stuff. They did have a few folders but I got the text that I can come to my appointment. since everything was kind of disorganized I couldnt find everything I wanted so I didnt buy anything. I will stick to my walmart

One of my coworkers is leaving for the military next week, and today is her last day at work. I usually bake my our good for occasions like this, but I decided to go with Walmart because I was running short on time. Here’s the outcome of the cake I bought & the writing that looks absolutely pathetic. I could’ve done better than that. I’m NOT happy at all and very embarrassed to even give my coworker this cake. Thanks a lot Walmart

Honestly the only saving grace for this place is the self checkout place. I’m not even being biased because I work for target but let me just say I would go out of my way, to go to Target, or the Suisun super Walmart. Why? This place just sucks really terribly. I’m not sure if this is all walmart’s but why is that you have literally so many check out stands and only 2 open? Why are not more employees trained on how to cashier? At target they are trained on register no matter what department to provide back up when things get busy. But at this store it’s just, really terrible how long you have to wait just to buy something that it’s not even worth shopping at any time of the day. The suisun one seems to have less business, or at least is just not a frequent location so it’s not as busy. But here it’s just too busy. The employees aren’t really the issue its management. Managers kind of feel the need to be bossy. I used the self checkout stand once and apparently the machine I used was cash only. She felt the need to kind of berate me instead of just saying«hey if you could use another machine the card reader doesn’t work.» Instead I got a «yeah the machine is Cash only! It even says it on the machine. So go to another machine.» Rudely as she snaps and points to hurry me along my way as if I’m an inconvenience. Personally that unprofessional, and I gladly pointed out the machine had no sign and she just gave the most rudest eye roll as if it didn’t matter that I should just be able to tell when a machine is cash only, and went on her way of talking to the employees. Anywho besides that, literally like I said I do enjoy the self checkout stand because hardly anyone uses it so I’m in and out like that.

Everything I could imagine I found here! Continued my holiday shopping this past Saturday and was excited to go to Walmart! What an idea it was to come here because it was AMAZING. In having been to Walmart before I knew what to expect but it has been over 5 years since I was last at a Walmart. Made my way here and found a bunch of items on sale and some really good deals. There was a ton of sports apparel on sale as well as holiday wrapping paper and boxes on sale as well. This particular Walmart was rather easy to maneuver through which was nice. I took my time while I was here which was a good thing because it is easy to get lost in one section of this store. I eventually bought some clothes and holiday stuff which was awesome. I saved a large junk of money in having come here to get a lot of stuff. The staff was just as hospitable. Plenty of bodies everywhere willing to help out if needed. There is a McDonald’s inside the Walmart, meh! Oh, there is a 7 up machine outside the Walmart that was selling cans for $ 0.50. I had never seen that before but best believe I grabbed myself a cold one from the machine. Ahhhhh… it was refreshing… that’s the stuff! #Ishallreturn

I’ll start this off with a disclaimer. I am not a fan of Walmart. I try to avoid shopping there as much as possible. My roommate and I went to this location around midnight or so, looking for a game that was suppose to release that day. They did not have it on display at all so we asked the woman at the register in electronics about it. She didn’t have any luck but got her manager to help in the search. They looked all over the store in their storage areas looking for it, apparently having it in their system just no luck finding it. Sadly they couldn’t find the game, but the fact they both looked all over the store for us really was shocking and impressive. It’s rare to get customer service like that ANYWHERE, and yet a store infamous for horrible service, provided outstanding service!

If I could give ZEROSTARS, I would. This Walmart is horrible. If you’re going to allow just plain fat LAZY people to use your auto/disabled carts. GETMORECARTS. They don’t care to help you get one either. Go to suisun Walmart!

Trash trash and more trash The night crew are lazy ass welfare offsprings who don’t know the meaning of customer service who has to wait 25 minutes just to get something from electronics, and once the tweaker old lady finally came out I was in front checking out hella Rachet.

I just want to say: I went to Walmart to purchase two bicycles. Oh wow this is such a hard task. For your employees to handle. The lady I spoke to first was just standing around I asked her if i could get the two bicycles in boxes. I pointed to each one that I wanted. One men’s BLK and One Woman’s Purple(adult bicycle). Her response was: «I only unlock bicycles.» Then just stared at me until i asked. «Can you go find out if you have them in boxes, please?» I was thinking, her response should’ve been let me find out. or something long the lines of being happy to help me instead of me asking her to do something was like the most annoying thing ever. About 15 mins later this guy comes out with two bicycle boxes. He says they’re the ones i wanted. so I purchase them. My wife notices that the boxes both say MEN’s on them. Closer inspection we noticed that they are two of the same bicycle(MEN’S BLK Bicycle). I tell the guy we told the girl who was helping us that we wanted the woman’s bicycle and the men’s bicycle. He said the lady told him two of the same. The lady comes over and argues that she told him different. At this point I could care less who was wrong or whatever. Just fix the problem. Why did I have to listen to two employees bicker at each other for 10 mins about who was wrong?! They get a manager(the stupid witch like) manager told me to go wait in the long return line. This Manager is rude and doesn’t comprehend the English language. And she most of all acted like i was wasting her time with my problem. I refused to wait in the LONG return line, because her employees have poor communication skills. I’ve already spend an HOUR at the store trying to purchase two bicycles?! why is this so hard? I asked can’t you just switch it out? she passed me to the manger of returns, which was a nicer lady. She apologized for my lost of time and how the other manager lack the skills to be a manager. While she doing the exchange process we found out that the guy got us a lady’s Blue bike. At this point I was already tired and said forget it ill keep this one. Stupid Witch manager wanted me to wait in the return line again to get the proper color bike. I said your service to customers sucks and you need better training on talking to people. and they asked me if i wanted to spend another 10 mins filling out a complaint forum. Yah right.

Can we say ghetto? This store is the reason why I won’t shop at any Walmart location. I will give you a number of reasons why. First. You get into the parking lot and there’s carts everywhere. You can’t even park because the carts are taking the parking spaces. Second. The carts are RAGGEDY! I mean I don’t expect for every cart to be clean or have straight wheels, but everytime I go to Walmart I can never seem to get a cart that will move straight. Walmart has the worse carts ever. I have to use my whole body to turn the cart straight while pushing it through the store. Third. The employees are RUDE. They don’t smile. They don’t seem eager to help you. Why are you here then? Fourth. On one occasion myself and my 5 year old daughter were standing in line to return something at customer service. One employee(African-American female) walked up to the area. She said something to another African-American female who was behind the counter. The conversation went as follows«Bitch I heard what you said about me, and you better watch your mouth.» The female behind the counter said«Excuse me, but we’re both at work, we can talk about this later.» The other female said«Bitch I don’t give a fuck where we are, you better watch your mouth, or I’ll beat your ass.» The two went back and forth until the female behind the counter said that she gets off work at 10pm and they could fight then. Myself and a few onlookers were appalled. When I say I only go to Walmart as a last resort, I seriously mean a last resort. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

I’ve been going to this Walmart location for years and I’ve never really had a serious problem here, other than the long lines and products being out of stock(always). However, the customer service truly tested my patience today. I came in this morning to get some snacks, drinks, and prizes for the students at work(I work at a tutoring center and we were having a workshop). I bought 12 Easter Eggs for a dollar each. What a deal! It’s something the kids would enjoy too. I went to the self-checkout, however the lady managing that area checked the eggs out for me, because I chose not to bag them and it always asked for her code after each scan. It was on a box already, so no need to bag them. She scanned them 13 times and I ended up paying extra. It was fine with me as long as I get another egg. She said I couldn’t, because I had to go through customer service for that. «WHY?!» I said, I already paid for it and I have a receipt to prove it… Customer Service had a long line with only one register open and I really did not have time to wait for more than 30 minutes. Another lady checking the receipts on the way out tried to tell me the same thing and when I told her I’m on a rush to get to work, she just ignored me and went on with another customer. RUDE! Regardless if it’s just a dollar, the way these employees handled this situation is what you call«poor customer service.» Not even a single apology was uttered and I was completely ignored. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies’ names or I would have complained to the general manager.
