My boyfriend picked up a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel from here, and it was probably the best one I’ve ever had!

Tried this shop as I waited for my nail appointment across the street. The white tuna salad sandwich & side macaroni salad was good. The veggie omelette was a decent size, very filling, and very delicious! However, they charge $ 1.50 for the smallest side portion of macaroni salad. Service was so-so. The man messed up my order and looked annoyed when I corrected him. Nonetheless, ‘Wich Day is a good choice if you’re hungry and in a hurry.

I recently discovered Wich Day and have since been back several times. Both the breakfast and lunch sandwiches are fresh and well made. Prices are reasonable and the staff is attentive and very nice. Food preparation is fast so if you’re in a hurry it’s a good place to stop.

Loved this adorable little shop! Tried the chai tea first yesterday and had to stop by again this morning for another cup. Haven’t tried the food yet but everything I saw looks great. The service was great as well, with a very friendly girl taking the orders. Will definitely be back for more chai tea, and to try their sandwiches!

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches with toasted bagels and asked to make sure they were toasted in the toaster. She said they always are as i watched them placed on the grill so I ask again are you sure they are toasted? She said definitely as i watched them grill only one side. So i asked another staff the same who stood next to the other and assured me they are being toasted while they were placed in a bag and handed to me. They neither checked nor cared. So there ya go…

Got a coffee to try them out and there were tons of grinds at the bottom and bitter as heck. Also to the reviewers who are piping up the food quality, it is questionable if you know the owner. Someone mentioned it was next to «the best ice cream place around» and seems to be promoting more business to both — BOTHWHICHHAVETHESAMEOWNER. In fact, the Sunny Daes owner owns both Sunny Daes in Fairfield and a couple elsewhere, if not all of them.

First any review raving about a egg and cheese shouldn’t even be considered, who can’t make an egg and cheese? And its really no different then anywhere else. Now the rest of the menu is pretty small nothing really going on. Their Italian combo isn’t even a real one, made with like bologna or something. The pulled pork is good. That’s really it, this place is no different from the other sand which shops and has hardly anything on the menu. Nice people though

Excellent coffee and great breakfast sandwiches, but I keep going back because the people are so friendly. A great addition to the neighborhood.

Last Saturday we bought two Italian Combo sandwiches here and took them with us to Fairfield Beach. Within an hour of eating half of one, I had terrible cramps, followed by no less than five gallops to the men’s room. It was pretty awful. My wife and buddy were effected too. He, later Saturday afternoon, she the next day. I think it was the lettuce… but who knows? Here’s my point: I called Wich Day a few days later and told the sandwich maker who answered what happened and his response was, «IMPOSSIBLE! Everything we sell is from Boar’s Head. You must’ve gotten sick from something else.» «Is the manager there,» I asked. «No,» he said. «Call back later in the day.» So, is Wich Day customer-centric or what? They blew me off after selling me, what I think, were sandwiches with something in them not so healthy. Total bummer. Not going back. Ever.

Having this for lunch, as I type! Yummmmmmm I work in Fairfield, so a sandwich is pretty easy to come by — however – this cheesesteak sticks out! This cheesesteak on a grinder is large enough to fill me up for lunch, yet not weigh me down at work. I like to get it «with everything». Inside the place is a pretty good size… with some seating. If your in the area and are just looking for a quick bite, I would def say stop in. Remember your in Fairfield– so a $ 9 sandwich is the norm – unfortunately.

I had been wanting to try this place since it had opened– the name was cool and it looked like they had done a nice job with the place. However I was sadly disappointed. Sandwiches are $ 6 – 8 depending on what you get, which isn’t bad for the area, but with two drinks, we left spending $ 21 for a sandwich on a roll and a wrap, which I thought was pricey, given what we ordered. I had the chicken salad with cranberries– not terrible, but the bread seemed old. We also had a Reuben and both of us thought the meat was microwaved. The sandwiches were ready in about 3 minutes, which kind of hinted that the meat never touched a grill, even though they have several. Both of us felt sick a little while later, so the food clearly didn’t sit well. Won’t be going back to this place– thought the food would be better quality, given its location and nice décor.

Came in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Nice little place, the guys were friendly, and I was watching them prep all the meat and veggies for the sandwiches for lunch. It seems like quality food, they use Boar’s Head, which is a pretty good indication of quality. I’d definitely come back.

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I ordered and egg and cheese sandwich with avocado and it was delicious, perfect I would say. The staff was very nice and everything went smoothly and quickly. I’m sure they will resolve any issues soon given they just opened. The location is so convenient, I hope they stay in business!

Not a chair in sight. The service here was really what was missing though… About 6 of us went in for lunch and it took about 35 minutes to make a few simple sandwiches and we were basically the only ones in there! If they don’t get their act together, improve their systems, and train their workers they won’t do well. With that said, the sandwich was ok. Not worth the headache though, go to village bagels instead.

I can honestly say, I just had the best bacon egg and cheese of my life. Bacon, egg, cheddar, hash browns, salt and pepper. Extremely impressed and ecstatic to have a new favorite breakfast spot!

Unmitigated Disaster, avoid. Unorganized chaos trying to get a simple sandwich from this place.
