Babies R Us

Fortunately for this store, this is going to be a short review. I have to say the customer service got 5 stars! Excellent… I was looking for two items that were online and said to be in store. One of them was but the other seemed to have been sold out as they were both sale items. I spoke to the gentleman at customer service and he got up and walked through the store searching for the item. He told me the options I had to retrieve the item and offered me free shipping to my home or another store. I’m sure that this was standard for them, but still very nice to see someone being genuinely helpful. They have great products overall and have plenty of sales. They offer promotions around the holidays and at other times… just an overall great place! I highly recommend this specific store and location.

I had an amazing experience here, my daughter lost her stuffed animal that she sleeps with, I went in a few minutes before close and the store manager dropped what he was doing to help me and my daughter try to find a new stuffed animal that would fit her expectations, he was so nice and I even called corporate to let them know!!! I will definitely be giving this store my business!!!

Had a horrible experience, one of many I have been having. This was at the Fairless hills location where a associate rejected my return as I did not have my id. All items were on my rewards card but they said they needed to run my id through the register. This I know is a lie bc the last person I dealt with keyed my info in. With new baby depots popping up everywhere in addition to Amazon, one would think their policies would get better for their customers! Join me in boycotting Babies r us. They have monopolized the market for long enough!

Never again! Place was empty, prices are insane, everything is disorganized, and finding help is next to impossible! Will not be returning, ever.
On top of this, I just spent 75 dollars at your store for a handful of small items, you really can’t throw in a gift box?

My wife and i just got home from starting our baby registry… Man, are we exhausted. Who knew babies needed so much stuff ?? the process was made simple due to the support of some very friendly employees and a well thought out «zone» set-​up throughout the store. This store is well stocked, well lit, very clean and its huge… Like walmart huge. 3 hours shopping and we didn’t even hit the clothing section. this store would be an easy 5 stars however some of the same items could be found for a few dollars cheaper. The amount of items, variety and atmosphere make it seem worth the extra couple dollars
