First time I ordered glasses, when they arrived, the frames were the wrong color. I didn’t bother saying anything, because I was in a hurry, and they looked fine also. The second time I ordered glasses was over Black Friday weekend. When I got home I received an email from BJ’s saying, «An extra $ 30 off» eyeglasses ordered Nov 20 — 30th. The next day I went back and asked for the $ 30 discount since I ordered new glasses during the period, and they didn’t apply the discount. They basically told me I was SOL because I didn’t mention it to them. Overall, poor selection, poor customer service, it takes up to 3 weeks for glasses to arrive, and the prices aren’t that great to begin with. I’m not going to renew my BJ’s membership when this one expires.
