Audio Express

Fantastic experience!
Confession: I went to three different audio express stores before finally having all of the work I wanted completed on my car. It’s a damn shame I didn’t come here first!
Huge shout out to Brian and Jeff! Not only were they patient with me, they were genuinely willing to help without upselling. Furthermore, they beat every single quote I received at the other 2 AE stores, without me even asking or mentioning their prices. The work was completed quickly and well beyond my satisfaction. I would absolutely come back and recommend Jeff and Brian to everyone!

every time me or my friends need something always the best price out the door forget about best buy their labor is a joke same job they quote 1200 for i got done for 550 my sister’s mazda tbat needed front door speakers best buy told me they need to make custom plates to fit 50 dollars per door plus the regular install i called my guy at audio express and he said they just use the existing plate and cut out the old speakers saves money and time sent my sister over to them and guess what best buy didn’t put her speakers back in the car so i called them told the manager that they didn’t put my speakers back in he told me the guy was on lunch and i have to call back wtf! told to drive to Edwardsville location or wait 2 weeks at fairview location so she drives to Edwardsville and then they try to rip her off then keep her old speakers that we need the surround off to install the new ones then told by management to call back cause the installer is on lunch wtf !! i drove out and picked up my sister’s speakers from best buy was told they threw them away and they where in the dumpster then one off the guys comes from the back holding my sisters speakers with the old ones cut out and the plate already for the new ones wtf i thought they where going to make new plates to mount? no answer from the manager who acted like he didn’t want to be their. got back to audio express dropped of the plates and walked over to steak and shake before i was done eating my sisters car was done.

Ok first of all they sold my 18 year a set of speaker which they should not have sold her or installed because she was not ready to purchase the complete system. Cost $ 200. The speakers would required a told rework of the car stereo system for them to produce the correct sound. So they sold her the speakers, which were not the kind of speaks you should put in this car, completely wrong. It sound like a car with a AM hand radio, sounded like crap. The blown Boss speakers sound 100 times better. So, we had to replace the radio because I was sick of dealing with the BS sound that the speaker alone produced. $ 300+ dollars later and it still sounds like junk. My 2000 Pontiac factory sounds better. Not to worry I’ll have this taken care of by someone who know wtf they are doing and not just trying to sell some BS. I spent close $ 600.00 and the car was a much better sounding system with blown speakers. NP I’ll let all my Air Force friends and their family memeber here this crap before I replace it. You guys are wrong for selling her the speaks and wrong for not fixing your F up. I really tried to work with you’ll on the speaker insulation and I still got boned.
