I came in today with my mom and father; they were looking for work clothes so I just browsed in the purse and jewelry section. I’ve usually had good experiences here(the men’s shoes and clothes department staff is awesome!) but today was different. When I was checking out Vera Bradley this woman working there wouldn’t stop staring at me! I was comparing wallets(I had my «all-in-one cross body» with me) and she asked me every while«what do you need ma’am, can I help you?» I know it’s her job to help customers but that’s not my problem, my problem is that she thought I was gonna shoplift! How rude! I wandered off to look at other purses and I guess I was not in her line of vision any more so she comes RUSHING up to me and gets in my space asking if I need anything. I was so offended. I was going to buy something but you guys lost my business, I’ll just go buy from somewhere else. I usually have a good experience but this just sucked When I left 2 teenage boys and a teen girl came in. The boys were running around the store. I heard the security woman yelling at them«HEY, HEY! NORUNNINGINTHESTORE»

Sarah is totally awesome! She’s the manager at Mac. Every encounter has been pleasant. She takes her time and really gives you undivided attention. I lover her bubbly personality!

If you can go to a Dillards where there is plenty to choose and not a huge crowd, this would be the one. Its a very nice Dillard… and I always find something there… Well, the wife actually always finds something here to purchase :(I guess that just goes with the territory. The only thing I will let you know is that the sales reps seem like they are hungry for a sale… So you will have a couple continuously trail you for that quick sale.

My son(19 yrs) wanted me to check out some Colognes from Dillard’s for a potential XMas gift for him. I was very impressed with the young girl running the fragrance area, and the selection they had. I realized I am a old fart who cringed at thinking about dropping $ 100 for a 3.4 oz bottle of cologne. Like hey, what’s wrong with old spice, or better yet, the dollar store clones. Lol! Excellent selection, knowledgeable sales lady, and«cough, cough reasonable prices.» Can someone point me to the nearest Walmart?

I’ve been a Dillards shopper(in store and online) for a long time now. I’ve always experienced great service. If you need to return something at the Fairview location and specifically if you need to go to the customer service department to handle online returns, deal only with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of enduring patronizing and very unprofessional service from one of their customer service representatives. You would think that they would have their most seasoned employees in that department.

I came into the store to buy some Channel perfume. I was eagerly helped and found the scent I was looking for in that area of the store. As we were leaving my husband found a pair of jeans he liked. David was very helpful and friendly at helping my husband find the correct size and fit for my husband’s jeans. My husband hates shopping, but found this excursion very enjoyable.

Let me start by saying that of all the depament stores, dillards has always been my favorite for some reason. But I no longer use this location. They seem to have a smaller selection of merchandise to choose from compared to other locations. The clothing they do have is geared toward and«older» crowd… My grandparents would probably enjoy shopping here. The service I got was at first inviting but as I struggled to make up my mind choosing a new purse and wallet(high priced– $ 800 for the bag, $ 200 for the wallet) the woman helping me became rude and the next thing I knew security was standing behind me. I guess she thought I was trying to shoplift since I wasn’t their average customer age of 65… Anyway I noticed what was going on, was insulted, but after spending so much time in deliberation I didn’t want to just walk away. So I quickly made up my mind and checked out at the counter. At which point the lady helping me suddenly became nice again and the security guard left from standing behind me. Wow. What hospitality. I haven’t been there since and I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to Frisco’s stonebriar location so I don’t have to deal with this ridiculous store they call a Dillard’s.

Great selection on men’s clothes. A tad pricey but it’s nice to have the selection(which I normally find fleeting at other places)

Like the Dillard’s chain, but not this particular store and apparently I’m not alone… just look at the parking lot compared to that of Penny’s and Macy’s. When it comes to men’s clothing it seems to cater to an older demographic and not one of a younger, hipper, more clothes conscious crowd. The Stonebriar location is much much better. This place gets 2 stars, one for it’s location to Allen and the other on behalf of my wife who loves the fact they carry the MAC cosmetics line, her favorite.

Free standing store. It is in a great complex surrounded by many other businesses. This Dillard’s seems to be much nicer than most Dillard stores. Great selection of items and the individual departments are huge!
