Katrina’s Bakery

The first time I went to Katrina’s Bakery was to order a cake for my sister’s babyshower. I had heard great things about the bakery and was impressed with the pictures on their Facebook page. The day we went into order, the girl that was working behind the counter was rude and rushed us while we placed the order. We were there paying good money for a cake, we should not be rushed and given an attitude while we order. When the cake was picked up the morning of the shower I was not very happy with the finished product. The colors weren’t close to the pictures we had given her, and the taste of the cake was nothing to write home about.
Also, they have this «wall of shame» in their store. This wall has slips with cake orders that have customer’s names and phone numbers. I assume its orders that were never picked up and paid for. Nevertheless, I think that is very immature and unproffesional. So in closing, you will be better off getting a grocery store cake and calling it a day!

Although the cupcakes are delicious, the attitude of the person behind the counter on our visit a few weeks ago was deplorable. She acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us.

Found this place by accident two years ago. I try to stop by when passing through Fall River. Great pastries, reasonably priced. French Horns Yum

My family always gets all our birthday cakes here and they are always consistent and delicious. They do a great job decorating their cakes and can match any theme or design you want. Their frosting is the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait for my next birthday!
