Had Servpro of Fallbrook clean our extremely dirty and stain carpets in a repro home we had purchased. I was extremely happy with how clean the carpets were and they were able to get the stains out. Would recommend them.

We went away for the day and when we got back to the house we found our water heater had ruptured and flooded our laundry room & office. We called Richard & Gerrit at ServPro, and they came in the middle of the night to help. They were very professional and prompt. When something like this happens its good to know there is someone out there that can handle it. I had seen the ServPro commercials on TV, but you don’t ever think it will happen to you. Thanks guys for the job well done!

Could not be happier with my service! When it was time to move out of my apartment, my carpets were extremely dirty and i was worried about getting stains out of them. Gerrit from servpro came and cleaned them and they look brand new! He was so professional and thorough. Thanks servpro!

I was very impressed with the response time when our office, laundry room, and garage were flooded. Richard and Gerrit Vanderham of Servpro came right away to clean up the water and all the wet materials. These things don’t happen to often but when they do its nice to have a company with employees who do honest and professional work, even in the late night to early morning hours. So I called my insurance company AAA and they gave me Servpro as a referral early Friday morning (You know if AAA says they are good… they must be?).
Anyway, Randy and his team were at my house so fast, maybe 45 min. (I didn’t expect anyone to have time on Friday?) Randy and his guys set everything to dry out and even had recommendations on insurance questions, and plumbers. They basically took the lead on everything.
I will call these guys every time I have water, mold or other problems with my home and will reccomend
to anyone.
