I got food poisoning from eating there i will never eat there again. I have never had food poisoning this bad before. It was tomatoes that were not any good at all and need to be tossed.

Worst drive thru ever!!! And worst costumer service ever. We waited in the drive thru for 20mins before we even got to order food lol. Than we waited another 15 for our food at the window. The guy that worked there was slower than a sloth and was rude. I’ll never go back. P. s. Yes it’s a military town but there is no military discount at a taco bell for all those who keep complaining about the no discount for service members. In fact in all the military towns I have moved to there has never been 1 Taco Bell that does discounts lol. Just an FYI

I guess in Military funded towns like Fallon, they tout and relish the military. Hell, they even furnish the taco bell in N.A.S pictures! But… they dont offer a military discount??? Thats like living in a brick house and saying you are allergic to mortar. Dont advertise patriotic pride if you wont show it where it counts, because if you«support» anything, you do it without restrictions! Jack n the Box has a military discount just down the street fyi!

Usually the customer service is great here. Food usually a great product, but this new breakfast idea Taco Bell has is gross. I love breakfast and Taco Bell is not doing it right.

The guy at the window was hilarious, friendly, and quick witted. I wish more people I interracted with in life were like him. The drive through was speedy. The taco 12 pack and XXL nachos were crispy and delicious. We really could have used a spork or two for the nachos, but we were given a stack of napkins big enough to see us through.

Must be the sloooooooooowest drive thru service in all of Taco Bell land! 8:30am, 2 am crunch wraps and a bottle of water. 1 car ahead of me and still a 10minite wait…

Terrible value for price. $ 13 for taco 12-pack and a soda, which is $ 1 each. Far overpriced when there’s hardly any meat and cheese in the taco. Ordered without lettuce(«topping»), you get mostly all taco shell with only ½″ inch of meat to bite into at the bottom. Otherwise, you’re still paying a dollar each for a lettuce taco! Instead, go to Jack-in-the-Box on Taylor/95 at Williams/Reno hwy. Their tacos are 2 for $ 1 and it’s still a full taco when ordering without lettuce topping. Money doesn’t grow on trees… don’t throw yours away at Taco Bell Fallon and still leave hungry!

If you’re looking for a bean burrito with a side of meth, this is your place! We unfortunately stopped here to grab some fast food on our way to Sand Mountain this last Friday night. It was after 8:30 pm and apparently in Fallon on a Friday night the freaks come out, including the bedraggled, grungy looking guy walking up to the door as we were entering. We managed to get inside before he got too close and after I placed my order, I told my husband I had to use the facilities. As I started to walk toward the restroom, a female employee came out from behind the counter and said to the grungy guy,” Hurry, we’ve gotta make this quick!” and started toward the ladies room. I stepped closer and she spun around, noticed me standing there and said curtly«Go ahead!» I went into the bathroom and when I exited, I noticed she and the dirtbag were apparently conducting their«business“outside the main entrance. At this point, my husband and son decided to walk back to our car so they could let our dog out and I elected to wait for the food. I’ve never seen it take 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to make four bean burrritos and three meximelts, but the manager(who was running the drive-thru) was obviously oblivious to what had just happened or maybe didn’t care. I don’t expect much from fast food establishments, but I REALLY don’t expect to watch a freaking drug deal go down when all I want is crummy burrito. Taco Bell obviously doesn’t drug test or even give a sh%t if their employees are tweakers, so the next time we’ll just keep going.
