Switching gears from Bethesda & 3 Rockville locations back to near home. I’ve been to this location a few times since it was on the way to Fairfax when I worked there. They were never friendly and tended to argue about my free punch card.
I went for a radio promotion in the snow where I thought they were giving away punch cards, but it was only for one free coffee that day.
Interestingly, this was the location where the lady with $ 10,000 tuition money was robbed. I’m thinking two things it was dumb to be carrying that much cash and that is the location near home!

This is a good location and the coffee always seems to be fresh. The place is clean and updated décor. The parking can be a challenge sometimes but over all its a good DD

I’m a die hard Dunkin Donuts customer and this is everything you would expect when stopping at a Dunkin Donuts franchise. I’ve seen some pretty bad franchises — lousy service and filthy locations. The store is clean and organized. the Manager and staff are friendly and customer service oriented. Coffee and baked goods are always fresh. Highly recommend this location!

LOVE this location! Very friendly staff, excellent manager. Come to this store if you are in a hurry, they are so fast! I get an iced coffee and doughnut and there are days that I am in and out in under a minute. I would highly recommend.

This is by far the best DD that I have EVER been to! The staff is super friendly and they keep the facility so clean and welcoming. I’m from Maryland and honesty when I visit my sister in Falls Church I always rant and rave about the staff at this location. They’re the greatest

One of the better Dunkin Donuts franchise locations in the area. Staff are courteous and on point. They’re quick at the register. They hand you your order with a smile. They also know what the current DDPerks promos are. Coffee here is DD standard, which is excellent. Loving my iced coffee cooke dough with almond milk while sitting on their comfortable couch seats. Clean dining area and rest room.

We went to this Dunkin Donut because it had a 5 star rating. I would not give it more than 2 stars and that’s being generous.
The donuts were hard had no flavor.
The coffee and ice tea were very good.
The staff were very pleasant and on the ball.
It did think charging the same price for a refill on ice tea was a little cheap.

Fresh baked goods along with fast and friendly service. I went in today to order a dozen donuts and fifty munchkins for a work event and they couldn’t have given me better service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Plus, I got a really good deal thanks to their promotional discounts for their recent store opening. Last week I stopped by for an almond milk latte and it was ready so much faster than at any other coffee place. Tasted good too! I’ll be going back!

This is exactly what you would expect with Dunkin donuts. The manager is friendly and runs a tight ship. I would recommend a quick stop here in the morning!
