This mcDonalds is updated with the steak or it has a nice drive thru have been through here several times but it seems that they are usually always missing a product and or are out of something when I order it they have room for improvement it’s still a good McDonalds clean and efficient

Quick, intelligent, friendly service. Plenty of pickles on the hamburger, and fries almost too hot to eat (the best).

Ordered a hot n spicey without mayo. Come to find out it has a ton of mayonnaise on it. I go back to the drive through to reorder and explain. No one is understanding what I’m saying. Management was rude, asking me why I didn’t explain to the teller what happened. I explained to three people and all seemed confused by this. Wasted half of my lunch time trying to get a «quick» bite to eat. Very poorly run place.

Every single night there is an at least 10 wait for drive through orders don’t waste your time.

This is a larger sized McDonald’s on the inside with a big dining area and if it’s a busy time, you might be hard pressed for parking.
The crew who took my order was okay but could have been a bit more «on.» I was impressed by the fact that they had someone working the lobby refilling coffee. That’s pretty neat!
Egg White Delight with hash browns was exactly the way it’s supposed to be — a perfect McDonald’s standard.

It’s McDonald’s, an American institution. Had a fast, friendly experience. Food was fresh and hot. I also received a buy one get one free!

I drove up through the drive-​through today to order my lunch, I was greeted by the drive-​through person with a very thick Spanish accent, more so than what is usual for a McDonald’s restaurant. It was extremely difficult to understand her, on more than one occasion I had to ask her to repeat what she had said so I could understand. She asked me if my order was for here which was puzzling because I was in the drive through! When I asked what she meant she caught an attitude and asked if that was all I was eating today! Chalking it up to a communication barrier I pulled around to pay for my transaction and when I arrived at the window which was open, a group of employees in a small break room behind the drive-​through window were speaking to each other in Spanish about what just occurred and laughing to each other. They were commenting about me about my intelligence level and using obscenities, along with derogatory comments about Caucasians. They apparently were not aware that I spoke fluent Spanish, feeling a little uncomfortable I took my order and left, I immediately posted my experience on the McDonald’s feedback site and hope that something actionable takes place. It’s pretty sad that in this day and age, racism is still alive and well, and if that’s your shtick, you can get it for free along with a number #7 at this location…

One word. Roaches. I’ve seen then there with my own eyes. Lots of them
The whole place smells and it is filthy.
Now, anyone who eats McDonalds is an idiot anyways, but this store is the worst one I’ve seen yet. Stay away!

Once in a while i find myself in McD’s. It may be their warm apple pie, their skinny addictive fries, or the nostalgia of happy meals that bring me back to my NYC childhood. The service was rarely nice back then as people in line gave the death stare to anyone who bothered paying with exact change. New Yorkers :) Well, this is an awesome McDonald’s. Manager Christopher Quince was nice enough to come over and check if we were having a good dining experience and if we needed anything else. How often does that happen in fast food chain restaurants? He even refilled the hot water for my granny’s tea. We really appreciated the customer care and enjoyed our meal in this clean and friendly establishment. Chuckle if you like, but we really WERE «lovin’ it.» Yes, five stars for setting a standard for what it is-​a fast food joint with a drive thru window. Impeccable cleanliness, consistency, and customer service deemed five stars for this particular location.

The drive thru line is so long the cars at the end of the line are holding up traffic and my fries were not fresh today. The French fries definitely had a stale taste. The chicken nuggets tastes fresh though.

Don’t go on the weekends. The staff has no idea what they are doing. 6 – 7 people in the drive through alone, and they still suck.
Have to give three stars because the normal, weekday staff is great, but it is a completely different experience on the weekends. All my families sandwiches were wrong.

²⁴⁄₇ McDonalds who serve breakfast at 4 am! Who can hate that? AND the indoor dining area is always open that alone gives it 10 stars. What can you say about a franchise that everyone has known about since the beginning of their fetal times? The one thing this place used to have years ago that no McDonalds in NY had was a dollar menu for their breakfast items, you could get 2 hashbrowns for $ 1. But I guess they test certain promotions in select locations as this place is ideal located right in the heart of Gallows Road between Route 50 and Lee Highway.

I ordered the southern chicken combo. I got what I received but the chicken was more bread than meat just not overall satisfying. I had to remind them to get my sweet tea.

We placed our order at the speaker, waited for the five cars in front of us (about 10 mins). We got to the pick up window, and these idiots tell us that they shouldn’t have taken our order because the ice cream machine was being maintained. Thanks for wasting our time.

I have gone to this place several times. The thing that I don’t like is that it’s fast food and fast food isn’t a fancy restaurant. It’s also not very clean on the tables. Service is also very slow and also rude.

I like this McDonalds because it’s clean, has good service, and a corner of the lobby has lounge chairs and a TV. This weekend it had the playoff games on! Like most Macs, it has the self-​serve fountain drinks.
P. S. If you’re in the mood for an upscale burger, there’s a Five Guys across the street.

Just had breakfast here right after a routine Home Depot trip… pleasantly surprised! Okay, most fastfood places serve the same food anywhere you go (be it DC or Atlanta or LA – a Big Mac is a Big Mac).
This place however had ambiance! They re-​furbished one side of the in-​door restaurant to look more like a ‘café’, complete with leather couches and cozy booths. They also had bar-​like tables and chairs in the middle of the room. Also noted a nice, well-​maintained outdoor seating (crappy view of the car wash though… other than that, pretty clean). Only thing missing is a fireplace!
So… the next time you to wolf down a McGriddle, have it in a lounge-​like atmosphere! (Are they all headed to this type of concept? I wonder…)

Was here the other day with my Daughter because she wanted Chicken McNuggets and a Shamrock Shake. Figured okay, let’s do this. I’ve been here before and thought the service was lousy and the food so-​so.
Went up to the counter and told the person there what I wanted to order not only for my Daughter, but for myself and my Wife. She repeats the order to me, then I wait for it. When it comes, I’m missing an extra Shamrock Shake with that. I mention this to the Counterperson, only not to have the Shake on there now and being charged for it.
I mention that I wanted a second Shake with my order, but she tells me that I didn’t order it. The Manager on Duty tells me the same thing, and then tells me that they can get me one, but then have to pay for it.
I walked away from the counter with the order I had, and said ‘Not if I have to pay for it.” I will never go to this McDonalds ever again because they could not get my order straight.
If you get a taste of McDonalds, go to another one and stay away from this one!

One of the most amazing McDonald’s I’ve been to. It is hip with a modern «Starbucks» type feel on the inside. There is a big widescreen television and couches in one corner of the restaurant.
I have never had trouble with service here. Their staff is friendly and they get the food to you fast even on busy days.
It is also very clean and kept very nice.

Lunch today was a quickie — Since I had essentially missed breakfast — I knew if I did not not get something to eat before I went over to look at Bars — that I would not be able to concentrate and might hurry my decision or make poor choices.
So I hit the Drive-​Thru. In hindsight, I probably should have parked and gone inside. The line of cars waiting in the Drive-​Thru was very long. One particular order — two cars ahead of me must have sat at the window for 5 minutes before they handed them their food.
I went for the #10 — the Filet O’ Fish meal with a Minute Maid Lemonade.
I note this McDonald’s has a 24 hour Drive-​Thru.
I wolfed that sucker down in no time!
