I have been seeing Keanu for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE him! Always does a spectacular job on my brows and it’s just so worth the extra money. I wind up spending extra at times because he will try products on me (but no pressure to buy)… Then I fall in love and I buy the products that he uses to make my brow shape perfection. I will also say that he was booked one time when I was in dire need so I went to Briana who also did a fabulous job. The best part is that they take their time, and are never rushed. Worth the extra money!

I started going to The Benefit Brow Bar about 3 years after my eyebrows were waxed off at a nail salon. I was absolutely distraught & thought my eyebrows would never be the same again. Not only did everyone at the counter put my anxieties at ease but Keanu shaped my entire face for the better! I receive daily compliments about my the shape and fullness of my brows! I look forward to my appointments & Keanu gives me confidence after each and every session. Both Keanu & Brianna are SO professional while making you feel so comfortable. They are both so accommodating & put their clients first. I refer everyone to The Brow Bar!

I really hate to write a negative review because my first time at this Brow Bar location, I had a great experience. I went in last week to get an eyebrow and lip wax. The wax burned my skin on my upper lip, the skin was noticeably irritated, and now I have some scarring. The person doing my eyebrows asked me if I wanted to keep my eyebrows as full as possible, which i replied «yes,» and they drew on how they would look after the process. Everything looked good, but when I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were very thin and not «full» at all. I am very disappointed because now I have to deal with the scarring on my upper lip and endure the lengthy process of growing my eyebrows out

I am a BIG fan of Benefit Brow Bar. I’ve been going there for over a year now and I’m extremely happy with Keanu’s work! He is the master of brows and I tell him every chance I get. He is extremely gentle and always asks if I want them waxed or tweezed. He’s very light-​hearted and makes the appointment a lot of fun. My only negative comment is that the Brow Bar is only open 4 days a week. Don’t even try to get in the day before or the day of! He is totally booked! He really needs to be there more days than he is. Also, I’d like to see Brow Bar offer eyebrow dying for us who have gray in the brows.

I went to the Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar for the first time. I loved every bit of being there. The person who worked on my eyebrows was gentle, and very nice ^^ I enjoyed every bit of the treatment they gave me. After getting my brows waxed & fixed, another associate helped me learn what to do to make my eyebrows look fuller. It was amazing. I’m going to be a regular customer for sure. Every 2 – 4 weeks they told me to come back: D very satisfied!!! I also bought the eyebrow product they recommended me, and their eyeliner ;)
