Happened to stop here while in town for a hockey tournament. Prices are great! Service was great! Food was decent! It was a Sunday and the young lady working was wonderful. We had a couple of difficult kids with us:)

This place just reopened. They said that they were remodeling but the rumors in town suggest some minor serving that closed them. There are some new things on the walls, they painted the walls, over the dents, dings and gouges and a menu that more than doubled food prices. They also did some work to the dilapidated bathrooms. Now you get a dinky Juicy Lucy for $ 8 and no fries or anything. You also need to pay .49 for onions, tomatoes or mushrooms. The wings are about a buck a wing also. They used to have a wing special that was about 30 cents for wings. They have a bigger selection but it is the same dive bar. The service is slow, maybe they had to hire a new staff after they closed for months. If you can’t tell by my review, I am very disappointed. I will not be back, such a shame. Another place in Farmington putting itself out of business.

Gossips is an interesting place. We go pretty frequently on Fridays, but the«locals» never seem to know us or care. I hear that the Taco night is pretty good, but very busy. On Fridays they have a great two for one burger special. It’s one of the best deals in town and they taste really good. The service is ok but never great. 3 stars.

The same burger & fries of Matt’s with half the price and no wait. Seriously, they are near identical. Other than that, standard small bar. Service has always been good and there’s a parking lot in back if you don’t want to park in the street.

Great Jucy Lucys and beer specials. Good, cheap eats and drink.

Well. If you’re gonna be in Farmington, this is the place to be. We have friends in Farmington, so after spending some time here, Gossips is the obvious choice. All the bar rats knew each other, and they didn’t know US… so we got a few stares, but we lived. A pool table would have pushed it over the edge. It’s a definite bar, but they have good food too. They have a kickin’ Juicy Lucy, which isn’t one at Matt’s Bar, but it comes kinda close. Juicy, greasy, and should come with a molten cheese warning it certainly comes to the table hot and fresh. Fries were thin-cut and hot, and Tim got a grilled chicken sandwich that he was happy with as well. Not my very first choice, but solid bar-food…better than most… and it’s always fun to look in and see what living and working in a small town like Farmington would be like… kinda like watching Reality TV-in person.

Downtown in old Farmington, whole in the wall old place. Cheap food, great Juicy Lucy’s(took one bite and the rest went on the floor), doesn’t get any better!
