I had a less than stellar experience that turned out to be a wonderful experience.
As anyone who’s ever had a to go order at any restaurant, we all know the saying «you get screwed at the drive thru»
Well I had an order with a mistake, chicken pesto, missing item, the chicken! Now you might think this amounts to a horrible experience but I always feel that how you handle mistakes shows character. They not only corrected the order but they also refunded my entire bill for the inconvenience. They were extremely apologetic and worked quickly to remedy the situation.
The food was outstanding. The Bisque was phenomenal for a somewhat fast food environment and the mac n cheese was really good. As I already mentioned before, the chicken pesto, it was a great sandwich. I have eaten at many of these chain restaurants but the food here was really good not to mention the service was very good if you overlook the one mistake.

More like 3.5 stars but still solid food for being in the hell that we call Turkey Creek. The club was very tasty and the side of mac n cheese wasn’t horrible. What really made me cringe was the service and price! The kid taking the order seemed to be struggling with the most basic of task. Maybe it was his first day and if so it’s on management and not him. It took 10 minutes to get the order put in and it was still wrong! After all of that it was nearly $ 30 for two people at a soup and sandwich place! So all in all I’d go back but it wouldn’t be a regular stop in the rotation.

My visit on Tuesday night, December 30^th, could possibly be the worst experience I’ve ever had dining out. I ordered the «Favorite Salad» and upon first bite, I spat it out immediately. Unsure what the offending taste was but it tasted like some form of chemical cleaner. The kitchen staff worker said perhaps I did not like gorgonzola cheese which was really irritating because I consider myself somewhat of a foodie and am very fond of gorgonzola, as well as all cheeses in the aged or blue cheese family. I feel this salad was contaminated with some form of cleaning chemical. Anyway, just one bite was enough to significantly scare me. After the initial refusal by the kitchen to admit that the salad had a major problem, they did offer to make me another salad or a sandwich. I declined both offers and simply left hoping that I would suffer no repercussions from that foul mess that entered my mouth.
I have eatten at this location several times with no issues but after this experience, I’ll never be back.

I hate getting a big salad and then spending 10 minutes cutting and mixing everything before I can enjoy my meal. Well at Newks, they fix this by premixing and cutting everything for you. You just grab your fork and start eating.
I ordered the Cobb with steak. It was very good. Although, I think it was more like roast beef not steak. Nonetheless, a great salad.
I will be back.

This was an excellent quick meal. I had the four cheese pizza and my wife had Mac n cheese with Caesar salad. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Newks Favorite salad is available to go and is delicious. The case by the door is convenient and there is a cash register close by. I like to buy a couple to have on hand for healthy meals as they store well.

The best deli I have ever eaten at!!! Definitely order the Newk’s Q sandwich!!! The best sandwich in the entire world. I dream about it at night when I get hungry. It becomes an obsession. Also, I’ve had their Chicken Salad sandwich, very very tasty. The soups are also very tasty and good. The service is quick and friendly. This is as soon as it gets people!!!

Good quick service meal. I always get the Newks Favorite Salad with dressing on the side, as sometimes it can be overdressed. Plenty to take home for lunch the next day!

Lots of choices and the sandwiches are really good… love the bread. Haven’t branched out too much… roast beef sandwich and four cheese mac every time. Maybe something new next time… the menu has a pretty big variety. Nothing really holding me back from giving then four stars except… it’s just simple food… nothing extravagant. My place of choice for lunch in turkey creek on shopping days.

Amaaazing!
Came here for the first time last week with my boyfriend and his mom. We all got sandwiches and salads. It was our first time… and heavenly. The service was quick and the guy who helped us was SUPER friendly. A dining experience is much more enjoyable when the staff is awesome. Great place to have lunch!

Meh. Stopped in to give it a try. I had the Club with the chicken tortilla soup as a side. It wasn’t bad, but it there wasn’t anything to distinguish this sandwich meal from many others, except that it seemed to be overpriced for what you get. For the price, I would much rather go find a Jersey Mike’s or maybe a Quiznos. Both give you more food with better taste. Maybe the other menu selections are better, but I probably won’t be the one to tell you about them.
