Always good food and service. Large selection to please everyone. Great for groups, we have taken as many as 24 at a time. Prices are good. Desserts are excellent. Recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Love this place! They are friendly and hospitable. They have anything you want to eat… breakfast, Italian, Greek, vegetarian, diner dishes, salad, steak… I mean they have it all! The desserts? Best around and they are enormous! Would take 3 people to eat one slice of cake! My families favorite things to order: chicken pot pie, the gyro, house salad with 1000 Island, vegi stir fry, eggplant Parmesan, calamari salad(not on the menu) and the all American breakfast. Go, enjoy, thank me later!

After reading other reviews, we decided to check this place out. The waitress asked if it was our first time & we said yes, so she gave recommendations & explained that everything was made from scratch. So we started with the fried green tomatoes & they were okay. Could have used a little more seasoning. I ordered 2 whole catfish with hush puppies, mac and cheese, and onion rings. The catfish was good & I didn’t really need the tartar sauce(which had a funny taste) nor did I need the hot sauce. It was good by itself. The mac & cheese tasted like KFC’s mac & cheese. Nothing special about it. The onion rings were good, but I would have like some type of dipping sauce with them. The hush puppies were good. My hubby had lima beans, mashed potatoes & roast beef with gravy. The lima beans were great. The mashed potatoes were oaky. The roast beef was good but the gravy overwhelmed it. The sweet tea was good. They didn’t have the one thing I was expecting to see as a desert, Red Velvet cake! Overall, this was a great restaurant & the staff was really nice. We will return to try other items.

What an amazing find! Tucked away in a strip mall is this fantastic diner. A menu that seems to stretch a country mile and a dessert cabinet that will have your mouth watering long before you decide on an entrée. The menu includes an extensive gluten free selection along with plenty of vegetarian choices so it accommodates everyone. I had a Louisiana burger on a gluten free bun that was cooked perfectly and weighed in at ½lb. My partner had the shrimp and grits which she rated very highly. Pair the great food with excellent service and a clean, well lit environment and you have an eatery that is hard to beat. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. The portions were so generous that we are ordering the dessert to go.

Have been there and had good food, but this time it was awful! I even asked the waiter if they had a new cook. He said the kitchen was hot, but the same cook. I had Seafood Stuffed Giant Sauteed Shrimp. The shrimp were boiled and very small, hidden(I think they were ashamed) under dollops of tasteless glop. A burial at sea? The wait was 45 minutes after we ordered. Since we were starved, so we tried to eat the vegetables around the«entrees». The spinach was very greasy, the bread was also taste-free(yuck), we have never had bread that bad — BREAD? My wife got Tilapia with the same glop. Her medley vegetables was very good, but they were singing in a different choir with the«entrees». My baked potato was excellent. Jeez, the star of the show was a baked potato. Be sure and try the medley of vegetables and the baked potato. The manager came over and deducted $ 2 from each dinner leaving about $ 10 each for us to pay, then he vanished, must also have been ashamed. The cashier said, «I hope you’ll come back.» and I smiled and said, «Nah!»

Sooooo… I ordered a fried pork chop, homstyle potatoes, toast, and egg. My potatoes came out cold and I was not feeling the chop. Though I was not happy with my food the manager and our server was extremely kind. Custmer service sometimes has the ability to trump taste… sometimes ;-) One day I might give them another try.

Good food, service, atmosphere all at an affordable price. They accommodated a small group of us and we couldn’t have asked for more. Won’t hesitate to return in the future and recommend to others.

About 30 of us got together from Walter F. George High School for a lunch today. Nicki and her wait staff was AWESOME!!! The food was delicious and it was so quick. They even helped us by taking group photos. This is the best place to go to eat by far in Fayetteville. We will be back again. You guys ROCK!!!

This place is a hit and miss for me. We’ve eaten here a few times and the breakfast is better than the dinner options. The menu is so extensive that I honestly don’t think they can perfect each dish. Today my Belgian waffle was great as well as the home fries. My husband always gets the same thing for breakfast, the smoked sausage skillet, and again he wasn’t disappointed. The wait was not long and the service was great as usual. The customer service seems to be the one constant as I’ve never had a terrible experience. My con for here is that I do wish they had some type of vegetarian/vegan option for breakfast meats. For dinner they do offer I believe it’s two vegetarian options which again I’d like to see more of. If you are in the area it’s not a bad place to try out and the call in service is decent as it runs between 15−20min. There aren’t many breakfast options in Fayetteville so I’d say this is better than the latter.

Broadway Diner is the best diner that I have ever eaten in south of Atlanta. Owner operated with a friendly atmosphere. Whatever you’re in the mood for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner they serve it all Day. Their Spanakopita(spinach pie) makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

I’m glad we tried this diner. It was really busy, which is a good sign. We came in for some burgers and they were really good. The service was excellent. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

First time visit at Broadway Diner for lunch. I ordered a simple vegetable plate and my husband had the Reuben Sandwich wth Onion rings. My plate was broccoli(steamed), sweet potato(baked) and mac n cheese(not great as it seemed like it was made with can cheese or velveta). The Reuben was excellent and the onion rings were great. The diner serves breakfast all day and the place it open 7 days a week. Service was slow and the server mentioned there was a large party in front of us; we waited for our food about 20 minutes but the diner was not busy that we could see. We will go back for a 2nd try but the 1st visit wasn’t great, just good enough for lunch. Menu is expansive with several pages of salads, sandwiches, veggies, breakfast, small bakery, etc.

This diner has a little bit of everything! It’s wonderful for our family because some of us can get Italian or a cheeseburger and our three year old can get a pancake! It’s a fun little restaurant to go to if you need lots of delicious options! The wait staff has always been very nice as well.

Never had a bad experience wither dining in or take out. The staff is always friendly and prosessional… They can get busy, so be patient and it will be worth the wait.

Broadway Diner is a go-to in Fayetteville since they are one of the only restaurants that is always consistent with their food and service. We’ve been there probably half a dozen times since moving here and have always been pleased. The diner is huge with additional seating in the party room so there is almost never a wait, even for larger groups. Everything is clean and in good repair(no duct tape on the booths etc). The servers are always super friendly(very southern friendly so you talk for a bit before ordering). They really seem to care about the quality of the food and presentation. Everything I have had is awesome. I highly recommend the country fried steak(don’t call it chicken fried steak haha) and the pot pie. The pot pie is big enough for two people or a light meal for a whole family. The Greek food is not as authentic as I would hope but I think it is cooked for their clientele– which is not what you would find in Atlanta– and therefore toned down a bit. On your way out stop for a mini sweet potato pie for petite pies… trust me you do not want to skip that part.

4.5 stars. Broadway Diner is the real deal in little old Fayetteville. Excellent diner food in traditional diner setting. Good food and lots of it, all at decent prices. The burgers are home made and exceptional. The Reuben, according to the lovely Ms. M, is the best she’s ever had! And that includes those from some pretty high falutin’ Jewish delis across the country. Broadway Diner is worth going out of your way for and a truly memorable diner experience.

I am not a dinner at the diner type person so my review is based on breakfast items. The menu offers lots of varied choices and I have had the honor to try quite a few. On my next visit I’ll give a more detailed update and review. This is a staple place and should be on the list of anyone in the area in search of breakfast outside of WH and IHOP.

I gave this place a 2nd try and am deeply sorry I did. The 1st time I picked up dinner for me and my husband. Everything we ordered was bland. I decided to give them another try since I wanted a Greek salad. I ended up pointing, with my finger on the menu, to the chicken wrap combo(included fries and a small Greek salad) to the girl who took my order. It was in the Greek part of the menu. When I got home I noticed I didn’t have fries so I called and the girl told me she rang me up for the wrap and salad only. How does that happen when you’re looking where my finger is? I didn’t even feel like arguing so I just said ok. What I do know is that I will NEVER go back to Broadway Diner AND I encourage you to go elsewhere if you like flavorful food. I’m wondering if there are salt, pepper and other spices in the kitchen. If there are they ARENOT being used on the food. I will say that the HUGE slice of coconut cake I had. 2 bad restaurant experiences in the same day leads me to believe I need to stop eating out.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and the food is good. During peak times there is usually a wait but the wait is never long! It is so great to have a diner like this on the south side. My favorites are the blueberry pancakes, cornbeef hash with eggs, BLT sandwich and any of their pasta dishes with blackened salmon preferably. The list goes on. And don’t even get me started on their dessert display. Who doesn’t want to even have a tiny bite??? Favorite cakes are the Blondie, Key Lime Cake, and White Chocolate Raspberry. I usually will get one and nibble on it everyday. But do not do this often! You will get addicted. I recommend this place for families, groups and people of any age. Its good for breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of day. who doesn’t love those options? By the way if you don’t eat pork, their chicken sausage is really good.
