Worst coffee ever always taste burnt donuts are stale and have little to no cream and you can’t understand a word the employees say. If you want good donuts and coffee I recommend yumyums donuts

Let me start off by saying I am addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee and I have been to DD’s from Boston to Florida. This store is the absolute worst. I got a cup of coffee and a sandwich for lunch and was checking my emails for work. I was sitting by myself tucked away from the larger sitting area by the pickup counter and the restaurant was empty. A worker sweeping the floor came over to where I was eating and kept ramming the broom under my table and feet. He must have hit my feet and legs with the broom six times. Finally I said excuse would you mind not doing that. He just kept doing it. When I confronted the manager he told me he(worker) doesn’t speak English and in broken English himself said«you can leave now.» Stay away from this store. Deserves less than 1 star.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Out of everything bagels at 1pm on a Sunday? Really? Crummy service, wrong order, and the staff making fun of customers in a different language. Yeah… I’d rather inconvenience myself and keep driving.

I often found myself coming to this location out of convenience, rather than for the food or service. This is a unique Dunkin, as there is leather-couched seating and a fake fireplace under the large TV. There’s also seating outside and a drive-thru. I eventually stopped going out of frustration with the service. Sometimes it was friendly, and sometimes not. Multiple times the cashier would add hash browns to my order, when clearly I did not order them, Other times, they would deliberately ring me up for one drink size larger than I ordered. When I would call out this mistake and ask it to be fixed, they would sigh heavily, glare at me, and correct the order begrudgingly, as if I were the one who made the mistake. More than once I’ve seen employees picking up and moving doughnuts from one shelf to another with their bare hands.

The people here were nice enough, but service was exceedingly slow. Probably because I think the manager was conducting a duel register training/English class. Needless to say things got lost in translation. The dining area is lovely, if a bit unusual. Fire pits and leather couches? Is anyone that interested in hanging out at dunkin? I know I’m not, so I opted for a hard back chair and got out quickly.

Aside from being the only DD I know that has converted floor space into a fire pit leather sofa lounge, there is nothing out of the ordinary in this shop. The coffee is hot. The donuts sweet. The service so-so. The lounge full of Russian 20 somethings. If any of these appeal to you, this is the place for you. Me? Not so much.

Got a multi-grain bagel and coffee here this morning, and, to be honest, I am not a big fan of the«improved» artisan bagels. They are a bit too doughy for my taste and the multi-grain didn’t have that great nutty taste. At least the coffee was decent. Service was very meh.
