Starbucks

Let me start by saying I go to a Starbucks location almost daily sometimes twice a day and spend somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 2,500 annually with them. I meet people or small groups of people at them for work. Not only do I eat lunches there and get drinks while I’m meeting people… The people I’m meeting also get coffee. Some of the locations are the best! This one, not so much. If I have to meet more than two people (which doesn’t happen often) I sometimes grab extra chairs or push together two of the small two top tables. I would never do it if they were not abundant and I always put them back as I found them. This location only has one 4 top table (that was occupied). I moved two small tables together that were right next to each other. And was reprimanded by an employee. I’ve been going to Starbucks locations for many many years and have never had that happen.
Now onto the food and drink… They were out of most of their food. Ended up with a breakfast wrap for dinner and a muddy overly foamed flat white. Service was not great. No smiles or thank you’s. They look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Maybe that’s why? But there was no reason my group of 4 couldn’t use two two top tables.

Typical Starbucks, not too much to say really. Inside is clean, plenty of seating around both indoor and out, strong wifi, decent selection of coffee flavors, and mediocre food/​snacks. Service is usually fast and friendly which is why I gave an extra star, but there was one girl who worked here that had the most depressing attitude I’ve seen. Luckily I don’t think she works here anymore because I haven’t seen her in weeks. For me at least this is a nice convenient stop on the way to work in the morning so I rated it just above average.

This place is ok for a fast coffee a little over priced but to be expected from a star bucks chain! Sometimes service isn’t that great. But most of the time it is!

Most unpleasant experience at this Starbucks left me feeling upset. After buying a flourless chocolate cookie for my son the barista did not offer to warm it up. It was so hard it was inedible. I asked for a new warmed up Coke and she proceed to charge me for it. I thought it was a standard procedure to have these warned up, at least I always had it that way.
Consistently I was getting a coffee cup that was filled up only three quarters of the way. Mind you, I never asked for any room for cream. Today I finally sucked it up and asked her to fill it up all the way. I was given the silent treatment. Baristas face said it all. Sorry, if I’m paying 2 $ for a coffee I would like a full cup.

Very good and friendly customer service. The baristas are almost always cheerful and happy when I’m at this location. They keep the line moving so customers in a rush can grab their handcrafted drink and get on their way.

Okay location compared to Newtown and other locations. Baristas are rude, and that is my only complaint about this Starbucks. Drinks are good. If you don’t care about service, you shouldn’t have a problem going here.

My home Starbucks. The parking isn’t great and the dining area is small but the people are extra friendly. All of the starbucks staples and the bonus is the staff who know me by name and my drink when I walk in the door. One of my favorite spots for a small meet up for coffee.

One of the better locations I visit. Since the menu is the same at all locations, the service is what really sets one location apart from another. The service is fast compared to another location within close proximity. The Baristas promptly greet you and always has a great attitude. I even once ordered my coffee wrong (was in an awful mood and thought it was their fault). They were so nice (even though I was not) and remade my drink the way I should have ordered it. Whatever the management is doing it is working for them!

I’ve been regularly visiting since it opened. Never had any problems with the product or service. Nothing specific to say about the coffee and food, as its the same as every location. Compared to others this store has a decent amount of seating and outlets. The staff are wonderful, and always very fast and helpful.
However, I’m beginning to dislike this particular store. I visit around 4 or 5 times a week, and every time I’m here, it gets very loud. Usually 2 – 3 customers, different people each time it seems, will either be on their phones or chatting so loudly that I’m unable to enjoy my drink or concentrate while reading. Loud Russians crowd the store everyday. The noise ruins the atmosphere and make it impossible to relax. While this is absolutely no fault of the store or staff, it has become a big enough deterrent that lately I’ve been making a point to go elsewhere for my coffee instead.

I love this Starbucks! All of the staff are very friendly, and one girl always makes suggestions and at least attempts to have a conversation with her guests. Today while ordering a Peppermint Mocha and a Pumpkin muffin she joked about how I can’t make up my mind on which season I wanted. She told me how they only get the chocolate shavings for the pepmoch certain times of year, and if I wanted she would put cookie crumbles instead to give it a little extra something. Always very clean here. I’m a happy customer!

I’ve been coming to this starbucks almost religiously since the start of the year at the same time everyday, 10 o’clock. Everything has been going smoothly until recently. There is a barista with glasses, male, short, dark hair who makes the drinks. He’s been filling my grande coffee only halfway for the past 4 times I’ve been there, today being the absolute lowest amount I have ever had. I do not pay $ 5 for a grande cup of coffee only to get it half way filled. Idk who he is trying to play but he is so lucky that I was rushing to get to school this morning or he would have had an ear full.
I will make sure to check every single cup I get from this starbucks to make sure they are giving me my moneys worth in coffee. I will also be speaking to the manager to make sure that all the barista understand what a grande cup of coffee looks like.

There must be fresh blood in this store, I went back a few days ago and was promptly greeted with smiles. The barista at the register was pleasant and went the extra mile in locating additional cake pops for my two girls. It had to be the pink frosted ones, and she thankfully found two!
My order was made quickly and most importantly correct. I will be back to this location.

Solid, dependable, predictable coffee. Not the best, but certainly very good.
