This place is not bad. They have a decent amount of selection, and fair prices. Their aisles are organized. Once I went back and forth a lot and an employee asked if I needed help. I did not, but it’s good to know that the staff is observant. Another plus is the ample amount of parking. Solid store.

I rarely post reviews, however once in a while I experience customer service that prompts me to. This was one of these times.
I went in to Michael’s looking for some off-the-shelf frames for some pictures my girlfriend wanted to hang in the house.
Being clueless on framing, I approached the framing service desk where I was helped by a gentleman named Rick. He was fantastic!
He helped me find a good solution for my requirements, showed me how the framing kit went together, cut the backing and glass to size for me, and then helped me assemble the whole thing — all with a smile.
This guy demonstrates what customer service is all about!

Unfortunately, this Michaels is not so great. compared to the one in Willow Grove at least. This location is now my home-base Michaels and I’m missing living in the WG area for that one… main complaints are that store needs an overhaul. just seems messy and outdated and many sections and really lacking the amount of items and variety that other stores have.. I still go here anyway and typically find what I need, or something close to it and plenty of other stuff I didn’t originally intend on buying.

Michael’s can be a one stop shopping place for all of your arts & craft supplies, they also have a wide variety of picture frames, yarn, needle crafts, bridal and baby shower supplies, Silk flowers galore, all ready made year ’round wreaths and arrangements.
They have a variety of classes for arts & crafts. Scrap booking supplies, beads, cake decorating and party needs.
Seasonal decorations galore.
I like Michael’s and it has proved beneficial to me on numerous occasions!
