Not only did my storage unit flood from the rain coming from the ceiling, but the crotchety cranky old bastard that owns the place is a complete ass hole. Whenever I go to talk to someone at the front desk his old ass is a complete cunt for no goddamn reason. Worst storage place in federal way. You are literally getting what you pay for. Cheap storage units that flood and shitty customer service up front. DO NOT GO HERE TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS.
