Heated Storage At The Crossings

This business needs to stick to storage and not reserve trucks when they do not have them. I reserved a truck from these people knowing I was going only 5 miles. Upon arrival after booking over the phone the tell us we have to go all the back to Tacoma to pick it up and return it and they would only charge me .79 cents a mile instead of the regular .99 cent a mile the usually charge. I rented the truck from them because I only need 4 miles total, why would I pay an extra $ 30 cause when booking it they had to know they didn’t have it. Which make me wonder why they rent trucks. Not to mention the guy at the desk Saturday @ 9:30am has not a clue what customer service is and was an our right jerk for their mistakes. You guys should keep to storage only cause and anything more the that the employee has not a clue. There were also the other customers waiting with the same problem. But if I was that mans boss I would have fired him today for sure. Your truck rental needs to go away until you know what the hell your doing. I was going to get storage as well but the guy was an asshole! So I drove down the street and found a better facility. Glad I did to cause those girls know their job!!!

This company is great. My first experience with having to store all my belongings and I am impressed. They protected and kept my things warm for 5 months. The deal I got was great by going on their website and asking for the current deal. Very safe, secure, easy to access and the option for automatic payments.
