A customer for 2 and a half years. I regret it. After KJ left, the office has been filled with fake smiles and lousy communications. Sweet voices sign you up and sweet voices tell by you, «No. SORRY.» Only Danielle is worth talking to. The regional manager uses a restricted number to call clients and to conduct business. WTF? Obviously not really wanting dialogue with customera. He just puts out fires his poor staff ignites. Lastly, crappy mobile website. Get a clue guys.

Excellent customer service! I’ve been in property management for years and have recommended storages to many people to help with there storage needs, but this place has been hands down my favorite. I used to have my things at Uhaul heated self storage in Federal Way and they absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. When it came to looking for a new storage facility in Federal Way needless to say I was not excited. After searching for the best price around I was wonderfully surprised to find Jessica at Federal Way Heated Self Storage, she was friendly and very accommodating. Long story short I have been in to the office after moving my belongings in several times and Jessica has always been wonderful. She had turned my storage experience around and I will defiantly recommend this place to all my friends, family and business customers in the future.
