Denny’s

I have been coming here for over a year… Never disappointed! The food here tastes fresh and it’s cooked perfectly… If you come here you will notice the difference. The double cheeseburger is amazing you can tell the meat is fresh and never frozen. It’s juicy and soft. Haha yes it’s my favorite.
They are always fast at getting you what you need.
I observe service towards myself as well as others and they are just so friendly to everyone.
I have come here morning, evening, night and it’s always great service and great food!

Well… We come here every year for our family tradition of wild waves Christmas lights. This year we showed up with 11 people and our 11 month old around 930pm on 12÷18÷2015… We USUALLY love our family together time… First I’ll say. Food was good as usual… Place was clean, nice, timely service… Now. About our waitress, who we thought was good at being a waitress KATIE… On top of the fact that she never came to check on us and we had to always get her attention when something was needed, even though there was only maybe 4 people other than us there, and about 2 other waiters/​waitresses, one of our group had to take a bathroom break, and happened to be in the bathroom when this great little number decided to go in there with another worker and decided to talk trash about our entire group about how we «didn’t tip to her expectations». We don’t make much money, we do this once a year, we tip as much as we can from our hard earned money. Sorry it wasn’t up to her high standards… It’s a dennys… Not some upscale high end establishment… Thanks to this waitress, this is now 11 people that will no longer be coming to this location ever again, that’s 11 people that are as well making sure we tell all of our friends and family about this, And making sure this review is posted ever where possible. Thanks for being a trashy person and talking trash about customers… Maybe next time check your surroundings.

Customer service here isn’t the best. The only thing I like here is their t-​bone and hash browns, other than that there’s really nothing great about this place.
The waitress literally ignores you. Takes your order. Give you your food and that’s it. Don’t expect someone to check up on you or refill your drink.

Waiting for a salad for about a hour. Feel bad for my sister because she is hungry. Better management and more servers are what this place needs. One Server only with a lot of customer, she is nice but she looks overwhelmed, I don’t blame her.

I got the 8 dollar deal on the French toast and it was so good! The toast was perfectly made and the service was good too! Let us plug in our laptop and it’s super clean, recommended for a quick stop

I literally had the worst service of my entire life. Our waitress couldn’t handle having three tables. She gave my husband and me the wrong food. She forgot our daughter’s yogurt, then told us that she doesn’t know where they keep the yogurt.
Then, she charged me extra for avocado that was part of my meal, and the yogurt. Best part is that we came to Dennys for a quick meal and we were there for over an hour.
I’m sure she is a nice person, but really shouldn’t be waiting tables. I actually never want to go to another Dennys ever again.

My girl with 2 kids and I waited about about 20 min to be seated there were only 3 families eating at the time with 2 waiters when we sat they ignir us about drinks and some of them were cussing around my kids I did not like that the food was cook pretty fast but we did not get vary good service overall not like the many Denny’s I ate at before just close this one down all ready

A lot better than the Auburn store, service was fair plus, food was good, and the orders came back the way we requested. Getting out of the parking lot sucks but still…

Server was prompt and attentive. Had ham and eggs. Red potato portion was about half the size of other breakfast restaurants in the area. The potatoes were flavorless, no onions peppers or seasoning. The eggs were the small sized ones. The ham was about the size of a piece of Canadian bacon. Only one slice and had the texture of shoe leather. My granddaughter had French toast with sausage links. The French toast was fine but I tried her sausage. The sausage was flavorless. I thought it was chicken sausage but the server said it was pork. The bathroom was dirty. Feces stuck to the front of the toilet and garbage all over the floor.

Came here with two of my friends at around 11 pm. The letters on the paper placemat were colored in and the maze on the back was done so it was obviously used. We ordered the build your own platter. The mozzarella sticks were severely disappointing. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. The quesadilla just tasted like the grill. My friend’s French toast wasn’t cooked all the way through. And there was something floating in my friends water when we first got there.

This review is not based on the staff because they did an amazing job under the circumstances, it’s about the management and food. What did we expect? It’s Denny’s after all.
We got here at 12 and the place was busy as they are on Sundays. Understandably we were prepared to wait a little bit for our food but we didn’t get our food which was 2 «build your own» skillets until 1:25 even though the rush died down around 12:45. Our food arrived and it was disappointing, tiny portion, barely any red potatoes, greasy veggies, over cooked eggs and my husband’s skillet was burned at the bottom. We complained to the waitress and she was apologetic and said there was only 2 cooks in the kitchen and 4 wait staff. Like I said we don’t blame the staff for this, it’s the piss poor management. No manager in the restaurant and not enough staff for a busy Sunday. We’ll never go back to Denny’s, any Denny’s.

This Denny’s doesn’t differ from much like the other Denny’s I’ve been to. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. and the rushed waitress sat us down right away. She took our drink orders before she walked away. As we waited for her to come back and take our order. I looked around the restaurant and noticed that it was fairly busy but not overwhelmingly busy. I saw 3 – 4 other waitresses, but our waitress was the only one who seemed to be on the «job» getting things done. She looked like she was the only one manning the register, seating, taking orders and getting the food out. Apparently no one was busing the tables either. After she came back with our drinks and took our food order. she was off taking care of everyone else. The other waitresses I saw earlier seemed to scatter and disappeared. Our food came out fairly quickly and was piping hot and good! As we were eating I overheard our waitress being scorned by what I could only assume was her manager on duty. She was telling her manager that she was trying to take care of everything. and that she couldn’t find where the other waitresses were so she trying her best. I felt awful for our waitress cause she was friendly and took care of us pretty good.
I think this particular Denny’s needs to look at how they manage their people and delegate things that need to be taken care of. and it’s never a good thing when your patrons can hear how you subjugate your employees.

What can you say about Denney’s — it is huh — Denney’s You know the feeling as you walk in and wait in the line for some harried waitress to see you and seat you — after she collects from all the customers waiting to pay — since they don’t have the ability to collect at the tables like most restaurants.
For its price — the grand slam is still a good buy — unless you consider the poor slow service that you get more times than not. This time we were told they were running behind because there were 8 tables in the restaurant full and they only had two cooks.
Watching the two waitress — it was obvious that one was just there for the fantastic pay and the other was hustling and covering hers and ½ of the others plus greeting and seating customers.
It never seems to be clean and other than when we get a craving for eggs, not on our list of places to stop.

i usually goto dennys on 320^th fed way which is a different franchise owner, but i had
no choice since 320^th was cleaning the hood/​grill and wasnt serving any food 11pm
so i drive here. different layout.first its dark out front and back since the parking lot
pole lights dont work… someone could slip on the sidewalk/​curb and get hurt…
they were out last time i came to this dennys 3 years ago… apparently they could
care less. i entered and took 5 min to be seated. had to wait 10 min to have order taken. out of nachos. took another 15 to get coffee and water. (im serious) another
10 to find out no nachos and order chili –came 35 min later old dry and cold –AWFUL–
Sent it back –another 15 min no server –hunter her down for 1 coffee refill –still
no dinner or chili. waitress was no where to be found. asked why long wait she did
not answer and seemed to care less. asked for manager –none works nights
the other server said. wow? no night mgr? unbelieveable. another 10 min i gave
up and left, they said leave if you want? if i was the manager id fire the staff
extremely poor service uncaring staff –restaurant was freezing cold and i could
have tripped outside.(maybe turn the outside pole lights on? at night) wow
worst dennys experience… time for a new manager or close this one its bad

The food was fresh and steaming hot. I have eaten at various Denny’s in my day but this one was by far the best for food wise. The waitress or waitresses kept coming and asking if everything is okay more than seven times in 15mins not good in my book but they coffee was nice and fresh. Everything was clean and up to par in my book.

It looks like a Denny’s. It smells like a Denny’s. It tastes like a Denny’s. It’s a Denny’s.
And for some reason, I’m the first to review it. Does no one Unilocal down here?
