Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Stopped by at the this location for the first time a few days ago with the girlfriend. Orders two burgers, a large fry, two kosher hot dogs and a large drink.
The burgers were delicious! Melted in the mouth every bite. We ordered a large fry and when I looked in our bag; our fry container was full and so was our bag. Double amount?! Awesomesauce!
The hot dogs; another story. Probably one of the worse tasting hot dogs I ever had. Costco dollar dogs beat these. The grilled onions weren’t up to par, the bun was all soggy. Note to self, never order a hotdog at Five Guys.
The service very quick. The team seemed to all enjoy their jobs.
Will definitely be back for a bacon cheeseburger!

Burgers — regular and cheeseburger — both regular and mini one and fries were delish! Kosher style hot dogs — not so much… grilled onions looked more like boiled with no flavor to taste and the buns were super soggy. I ended up eating just the hod dog dipping it in ketchup by itself. That being said service was very good — quick and friendly. Location is good. Interior is clean and plenty of seating. I’d be back again for sure — but will stick to just the burgers and fries.

Bought my son a small burger, shake and fries. The cost: $ 18.00! Far too overpriced. At least he liked it but he wasn’t raving, which for $ 18 I think he should be.

I used to go landing or north gate mall location and finally I tried to eat this new location.
I ordered little hamberger to avoid too many calories. The mushroom was okay but patty was thin and no juicy and no tasty! onion was very tiny and lettuce was seperated from the burger. It was not easy to eat. Bread was dried and it was not
I didn’t enjoyed it.
Maybe beginer made it?

This is my first time at 5 guys in federal way. I have been to 5 guys in the past. All our burgers were supposed to be regular not little except one. After sitting and looking at the receipt I noticed all were little. When I went back up to point out the issue I was told «I asked 1 party or 2 «not oh I’m sorry. Long story short I never said little burger. I won’t be back to this location again. Time is 5:00 pm on 12/​27/​2015 female cashier with brown hair. Very disappointed in your service !

Always a great burger and fries. Love the new milk shakes. If you are in the area give it a try. Got our food real quick and everyone was very friendly.

This is probably a generational issue — growing up in the 60’s we know what a Hamburger joint had and this was not it. First of all the Hamburger was on dry side and well done — yes they need to not be rare but quality hamburger cooked to 140 degrees should be slight pink, juicy and tasty. These are total cooked, dry with no taste. Fries — when you got them in a bag — the bag had grease stains throughout. These had a couple of spots. Yes they are fresh pototoes but cooked in Peanut Oil — yeck. I don’t think we ever said — «Lets eat healthy tonight — I know a great hamberger joint.»
The Shakes were tasty — lots of Chocolate — but very runny. I will say service was great and it is fun to receive peanuts but overall not a place I will be going to very often.

This is another classic 5 guys place. Good burgers and good fries!

Five Guys is doing things right! They’ve taken a tried and true program and applied it to their brand. I’m talking of course of the limited menu and high quality attention to details. They fall into a select club of burger joints with the likes of In N Out, Dick’s and Red Mill etc… whereas they only offer the basics but they create them very well. Mainly burgers, cheeseburgers and bacon burgers in either a small or large size but where Five Guys sets themselves apart is the toppings. You can always get your burger the Five Guys Way with mayo, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms but you can also add things like jalapenos, relish, A-​1, BBQ or hot sauce. The small burgers come with 1 patty and the large come with 2. Pretty simple.
The fries come in regular or cajun and either choice is good but I recommend only ordering 1 large for every 4 people or you’ll be taking a ton home or just plain old wasting them.
Enjoy some fresh peanuts in line while you wait as they always have stacks of them in bags along the way. The restaurants all look the same. Simple. White and red tiles on the walls adorned with accolades from all sorts of publications celebrating the way these guys nail it! It’s not you’re everyday quick lunch burger spot and it can get pricey but if you have the time and the means, it is a quality meal and enjoyable experience.

Love the employees, always super friendly. The manager on the other hand has a huge attitude whenever I come in. Never smiles at the customers. She does seem a bit young, but if your employees have better customer service than the manager there seems to be a problem here.
Whenever she takes my order she never says thank you after I pay. I just think any of the other employees would be a better manager than the one this location has now.
I have no complaints about the food, it’s always consistently delicious. I like their Cajun fries and the restaurant always seem to be clean so that’s a big plus.

Really solid burger. I like how they cook it fresh, but not so good if you are in a rush since it can take a little more time than expected, but thats why they have the online feature (or you can call it in)! I always just get the small burger with one patty and a small fry and that fills me up quick! I usually can’t finish all the fries because they give you so much (which is great)! I like both the regular and cajun fries, it just depends on what mood I’m in.
You get to top the burger how you like and they have a good amount of options such as jalapeños, mushrooms, different condiments and veggies, etc. It is a little bit pricey, but if you are in the mood for a good hamburger, this is the place to go! It’s better than your regular fast food burger and you don’t have to worry about the hassle of dining in restaurant style. You can order, eat it there and then pop out or just take it to go.

Awesome burgers with lots of options. You first order a regular burger and cheese burger then you decide what you want on the burger. These include the usual condiments such as ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomatoes as well as some extra options such as bbq sauce, grilled onions and jalapenos. All these condiments add so much more variety to the burger and make it a unique experience everytime.
Also, the fries! They give you soooooo much. And they are cooked deliciously. I recommend the cajun fries which have just the right amount of seasoning.
Be sure to grab a lot of napkins cause it can get messy and oily. Little pricey but overall a very delicious burger!

First time at this location. The burgers are good because it’s freshly made to order and the fries always come out really hot. The burgers are kind of pricey but I would rather get five guys than mcdonalds.
They’re soda machines are cool, they literally have every soda possible.
I recommend getting the little burgers (one burger patty) cause the regulars ones are 2 patties and a little too big. Get regular fries instead of the seasoned ones. Seasoned ones can get a little too salty!
People need to also remember to throw away their own garbage! Saw a family leave their mess on the tables and just leave. This is not applebees. Clean up after yourselves!

The hype of Fi\ve Guys?
Today after our first choice resteraunt being closed due to 4^th, we decided on Five Guys. We were not very impressed,
When the cashier took the wrong burger order. We ordered a bacon cheese bu they put in Bacon Burger. Then when we got it, it did not even have bacon on it. I had to go up and ask about it. We got a side of bacon. This was with more people behind the counter then customers in the store,

First~ my husband & I have been watching like Hawks to see when this location was opening. That said~ they have been open for a day and already running like a well oiled machine! That says a Lot about the hiring process to get the best people, & the training Five Guys provides.
We ordered online, were greeted with a smile & sincere «Thank You!» when I threw a tip in the jar. Bring a couple dollars in cash… Don’t forget to tip your hardworking food service people, folks!!!
Our food was ready within about 30 seconds and again~ handed the bag with a sincere smile and a «Thanks so much! Have a great night and see you soon!»
The food is Also Spot On~ As Usual with Five Guys! :-)

Today is the opening of this brand new location and there already has been a hiccup. Suppose to be open at 11am but with the fryers not working we were told they wouldn’t actually open til 12ish. Thankfully we were able to wait inside.
Once the fryers were working; the expediting of the lines and food orders went out fairly quickly! We only came in for the Cajun fries and they were piping hot and delicious! Service was prompt and polite. There’s plenty of seating inside and seating available outside as well; perfect for when the weather is nice like we’ve been having this week!

Awesome place! Clean and yummy! This is a pretty cool burger joint! :)
I got the veggie sandwich and the prices are pretty high compared to other burger joints.
I would definitely comeback to this place and eat some delicious burger and fries!
Plus they have free peanuts too! ;)
