Wendy’s

I live in Puyallup so I’m use to the Wendy’s service there. Both locations are fast. This one, here… So slow. It’s like watching snails work. Why? It’s been over 10 mins and I’m still waiting for my food. It’s time this store got a new team of managers. Now they are holding up the line. Never will I come here again.

Most Wendy’s are fast, but this one isn’t.
I like their burgers well enough but not the fries since they were changed a few years ago.
There was a long line at the drive thru that wrapped around the entire building. I had to repeat what I wanted a few times when it was a straight forward order.
$ 10 for a meal for one person is too much. They have salads for $ 5 which is much more reasonable.

We stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat. The girl working the counter promptly stated «she was going on break» and walked away. There was no acknowledgement that we even walked in and were at the counter to order. Another employee was making a drink of some kind that required syrup, and she apparently over poured, and was asking to put the extra back into the container that she poured out of. Which was a sealed container. The manager/​lead told her she wasn’t suppose to to that, that the product needed to be poured out, but the girl proceeded to do it. We walked out and will not eat here. EVER! This may seem little and like nothing, but this is a health code violation.

Best salad ever. For less than $ 5, apple pecan chicken salad is the best I’ve had. I’ve never been a salad fan, but I can eat this every day. Thank you Wendy’s for getting it right!

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food burger joint. The nearest is ⁵⁄₆ miles away so i usually stop by Jacks instead. The premium menu burger quality is good, The cheaper menu burgers are not that good. I still like the chili with plenty hot oil and crackers. I really hope they bring back the Dave’s special burger. It had a better bun and sauce. If they build one closer to 348^th in Federal way i will be a regular.

I’ve been here multiple times and haven’t had any issues. I like Wendy’s bc it seems like you get fresher ingredients– such as crispy lettuce and a tomato slice in your sandwich instead of something completely slapped together and microwaved. Jalapeño chicken was good and not as spicy as I was expecting after seeing a YouTube review on it. Suggested to my boyfriend to try it as well (especially since he sent me the YouTube review)

I went thru the drive thru today about 11:40. I asked for a number 1 on a brioche bun with bacon and a cup of chili and a bottle of water. She gave me the chili and the drinks and parked me to wait for the burger and fries. During the time I was parked (about 10 minutes), several cars went thru the drive thru. Finally she brought out my burger and fries. The burger was missing the bacon and the fries were cold. As she was going back in the restaurant someone had realized my burger was missing the bacon and handed her a container of bacon to give to me so I could put it on my burger. I just handed her the bag and asked her to just add it because I now had to wait longer anyways to get hot fries. I waited another 5 minutes and went inside and asked for the manager. She came up to the counter and I asked her why I had to park and wait for my burger and fries while several other cars got their food and left and then when they did bring out my burger and fries, no bacon and cold fries? She wouldn’t answer me and just handed me my food and said, «Here it is.» No apology, nothing.

for fast food… this place isn’t very fast. and for some reason, dinner for two can cost upwards of $ 20. Maybe I’m just getting old and remember when cheeseburgers were under a buck. I’ve heard of better days when it was less than 5 cents… but no matter the day or the decade — I find it absurd to spent $ 20 for two people at a fast food establishment that still takes 15 minutes to get your food. it defeats the purpose of saving time and money.
What saves this establishment from any less stars though is thanks to the franchise itself. Of all the fast food places, Wendy’s always delivers consistent burgers, never too dry, never overly salty or sauced. And for that it’s a-​ok with me.

RUDE and stupid. OH, and they send you off with cold fish sandwiches. I had this happen Tues and didn’t call until Thursday (mind you, I still had the receipt) and the Manager was a snot and told me she would replace my meal «THIS TIME» but next time it needed to be THAT day that it was reported! Eat sh*t Wendys in FW– and Andrea! There won’t be a next time. Your drive thru staff sucks– probably cuz they can’t stand their manager! I don’t blame them.
Ive NEVER eaten at a restaurant (fast food or not) where the manager was not overly apologetic and MORE than willing to do what is necessary to make the customer happy. WOW. not ONCE did she ever say she was sorry for my food or experience!!! All she did was attempt to scold me more than once for not reporting the disgusting sandwich on the day OF! WOW!

So the food is good, when I get what I asked for. Every time I come here they mess something up on my order, whether it be my soda or my fry size. Why can’t they get their shit together? I have never had so much trouble getting my correct order before. The staff are friendly which is why they got 2 stars instead of one.

This place is seriously bad. Every time they screw up your order. I got 5 burgers. I looked in the bag and there were 4. I went back in and said they were missing a burger. It took them like 5 minutes to figure it out. I got home and my burger didn’t have cheese even though I paid extra for it and confirmed 2x with the cashier that I definitely wanted cheese.
I’m just tired of them always screwing up the orders.

So the 2 star description of Meh is about right for this Wendys.
First of all the location is odd & slightly dangerous. In a weird spot in the parking lot near a steep driveway. It’s set kind of far back off 320^th so unless you know where it is you might drive by it. Second the size of the restaurant is far too small for the crowd that was there for lunch today. Drive thru line snaked clear around the building and the line inside was 10 deep at it’s greatest. Service was rather slow and not too friendly. It seemed they were understaffed by at least 2 people for the lunch rush at 12:30.
Food was Meh as well. Spicy chicken nuggets were spicy but also a little cold & too salty. I think I’m over Wendys for a while.

5^th trip to eat inside and the order was made wrong! All last 5 times! Had to ask twice to clean a mess on a table then had to clean it up ourselves. They didn’t seem to care. Poor management!
