McDonald’s

Stopped by for breakfast. I have been to this place many times over the years, but to day was particularly troubling. I waited for my number to get my order and before I could ask for salt and pepper (and that ticks me off that I have to ask) the associate turned her back on me.
I spoke up, went from excuse me to hello to hey to whistling while trying to be heard about the crappy soft jazz and the espresso machine. No thank you, no have a nice day. A little courtesy takes no time and goes a long way.

Update –Feb 26^th, why ask if the happy meal is for a boy or girl when they give us a wrong toy, thanks for ruining our sons first happy meal!
Update– feb 6, 2016 drive through you forgot my HASHBROWN!!! I’m starting to hate this place but I love McDonald!!! The dilemma!!!

because the fact that they took my receipt after I got my Togo order… Well I ordered indoors and I was very unhappy with this lady named PATTY, I was patiently waiting to place an order, and she was just chatting and laughing with some dude… Like cmon now I’ve waited 10 minutes and also the lines getting long, like wrap it up, she definately wasn’t doing her job rather than hanging with her «man friend» at the cashier register, I wish I had my receipt so I can report it on the survey feedback
Anyways the only way I found her name was when she handed me a card, thank goodness she did because she had no name tag on her and I was literally searching for it, I will include the photo of the card she gave me.
All and all bad customer service… I can def see other customers getting frustrated off the same thing

Men’s bathroom is disgusting. Pee all over the ground near the urinal and toilets. Rather than cleaning it, they place cones all over telling you the floor is wet. Garbage around the restaurant should be picked up rather them let them sit on the floor over the course of 30 minutes that I was in the restaurant. Yuk.

Ordered at 1:30 in the afternoon with coffee after being in the E R for 4.5 hrs
I get the order head onto the freeway and found one hot coffee
Two cold burritos,
I called the store and talk to the so called manger (NOT)
I found out the real manger (James) I will call him tomorrow
You only get one star for the coffee

Only reason I go there is because of location to my house. And I am a sucker for ice tea on a hot day.
Their processes and workflow is seriously screwed up. I have never waited in a line for 15 minutes before these guys made it a first. Every time I visit this place the order is screwed up, its a long wait, or something out of the ordinary happens. I have tried to go to this place multiple times… If a district manager happens upon this post please visit this location and get their act together so I can frequent this place again, I refuse to go there until they fix their issues. I left a message on the voicemail their GM never responded back. Its either because they have to many new hires or management has no idea how to train the team. Seriously its bad I have seen late night Jack in the box teams with 2 people running the store during drunk hours more smoothly and timely than these guys.

Well looks like I can’t put 0 stars. Seriously? 1 job. Theirs no intelligence required. Put in the bag what’s ordered. I ordered 2 meals and 3 things from value menue. The only thing they got right was 1 double cheeseburger. Everything else was wrong. They even asked for my recip at the window. And yet they still give me the wrong food. Seriously?

Probably the worse McD in the area. It use to be OK but the service has gone down hill — actually it has reached the bottom. The lady taking our order was not attentive and as expected — got it wrong.
The tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned however one of the employees was sweeping and actually tried sweeping under our table until I told her to go away.
One of the bathroom lights was out — possibly to cover the throw up in the sink. It is not the easiest place to get out of and if you want to go back on the freeway — have fun.

The artisan grilled chicken sandwich is the best sandwich to come of McDonalds in a long time, I hope they keep it.

I only ever come to McDonald’s for their ice cream and probably 75% of the time I roll through here they are out of ice cream or their machine isn’t working. Inevitably by then you are stuck in the drive through line that moves at half the speed of smell, and when you finally do get through it’s a nightmare to get out of the parking lot. Today was the last straw, won’t bother with this location again. Save your precious time and go to the one on 348^th.

Location location location. It sucks! Hard to get in and out of without going around the block. They have a pay here window and a pick up window however the pay here window slows up the progress of picking up your food. For lack of speed, they hang your bag of food out the window causing the temp of your already greasy fries to become increasingly greasier! Just like any other McDonalds, food is available for fairly cheap… but this one is hard to get in to…

Not the best location for a fast food franchise, but it’s better than nothing. With any McD’s quality of food is reasonable, does depend on what you choose to partake in. Service is quick enough, though I’ve had my share of errors. Atmosphere is decent for what you’re paying for. Just typical enough for a typical chain. Keep an open mind, and proceed at your own discretion.

The location sucks, trying to get in and outta here is a nightmare but the friendly, fast and accurate employees keep me coming back for more super addictive fatty fast food! I live in ‘Murica and I love my cheeseburgers!
This place makes me feel old though… I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I remember when they had the caboose outside and you could have parties in it. We played stack the nugget boxes… wow I’m old, lol!
Anyways, the inside is kept clean and well stocked. The staff is nice and accurate. I am a typical ‘Murican and get cranky when I don’t get what I paid for! Also there is a great employee, Kyle, that is the best! I collect the toys and helped me make sure I got all the MLP toys! He should be promoted just for being SUPER SIZED AWESOME!!!
If you want a cheeseburger, breakfast or a midnight munchies run… this is the place to go!!! Breakfast is served from (I think) 4:30a-11a

This spot has improved over the past year. Though only stopping by when in business for a quick cup of coffee always hot and so far tastes freshly brewed.

Drive through is always fast in the morning! This one runs pretty smooth.

This is the closest McDonald’s to me — the evil double arches… Kids love it and I try to avoid it. Breakfast is your best bet. Have had several horrific experiences here (wrong orders, rude employees, etc) but for the most part it’s just your typical McD’s.

What can I say for a gigantic chain restaurant? The food is the same here as everywhere. The service is decent, depending on who takes my order. My food is usually fresh as well.

This is an unusual Mcdonald’s in that they serve Tillamook ice cream. I don’t know any others in the area that do. They have a few different flavors, but the one I go back for is the Chocolate Mint. They serve it in a waffle cone and you can get one scoop or two. 1 is enough for me…
