Used to come here all the time in the mornings before work. Had a craving today so felt like I would give them a try. The oatmeal has changed a lot since the last time I came. Before it was the same steel cut oats. You just picked what kind you wanted and it had certain items already included. Now you can only pick 2 items or you will be charged extra. Also the size seems significantly smaller than it used to be. Jamba Juice seriously has the best orange juice though. That was great as always. I was a little put out though with how much everything was. I purchased 2 oatmeals and 2 regular orange juices… Thought I was going to spend a little over $ 10… It was actually almost $ 20. probably will go somewhere else next time.

While I am happy about the juice I selected I am not so thrilled with the experience, hence inspiration to write a review. My Jamba barista, «M» was fairly aloof when I walked in, I asked if the juice can be made vegan and she says «I don’t know what that means»… taken back a little, I explained «no milk», asked about one of the drinks in the middle of the menu and she says it doesn’t have milk. I can understand if I asked «can my drink be made umami» she may have been a little more inquisitive.
Sorry, «M» that my business seemed to offend you and that you were too busy talking to the other worker about how someone you know is going to have to pay full price for their drinks now… must be her boyfriend?
Anyways, sorry to Jamba Juice for my rant, this encounter just seemed worthy of my Unilocal review time. I will be back another day, maybe I will have to do my ingredient homework ahead of time… ;)

Went there today they have a special buy one get one for one dollars it was so crowded but they’re so expenses lowdown the prize. Please please please. You guys is so nice so friendly but the price is so expensive

I like Jamba Juice since it’s healthy and fast. The folks working are helpful and friendly, too.
The cashier the last time I came in here was really sweet and took the time to explain to me their rewards program.
$ 6 for a smoothie is worth it to me due to the fresh, healthy ingredients.
Sign in with your phone number on the little machine at the register and points will rack up to save you on your next purchase.
Parking is shared in this strip mall but it’s easy to find a spot except for weekends when it can get cramped.

This is really a fantastic place. The girls working are always very polite and have a smile on their face. I have tried several of their smoothies and fresh juice drinks and have always been impressed. Their steel cut oatmeal is also delicious, especially with brown sugar and blueberries.. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

I stopped in for the third time this week. I tried the carrot with cayenne peppers and twice the ginger lemon greens. The later was my favorite. The carrot was horrible. I really love the juice bar. However you all know how expensive this place is.

Friendly staff, pretty consistent smoothies, and decent location. Be sure to allocate an extra 10 for getting into and out of parking lot with a vehicle. It is located in a corner nook of the shopping plaza, so find a parking spot and walk in.
Definitely, a location I will frequent.

Decided to visit Jamba Juice here for the first time. Staff are friendly, place is clean and the juices are good.
Hubby got the mango a gogo which is his norm and it was good. I decided to try something different, it was called «apples n greens» I find it lack a bit of flavor. It didn’t really taste much of anything. Couldn’t taste the apples, the «greens» and it was definitely not as sweet as I’d hope for it to be.
We used a «coupon» like ordeal at this place and there were no hassle to it. It’s too bad it doesn’t apply to the «juicing» technique of their drinks. It only applies to those that are blended?
Nonetheless, well be back if were around the neighborhood.
There are many more types of fruit and juice id like to try.

My favorite place if I need a quick breakfast on the go. Razzmatazz is probably my favorite but I change it up all the time.
This location is right next to my bank (becu) so it makes it convenient to stop in after banking.
They can get a little busy sometimes but most of the time they always have the manpower to not skip a beay.

They were perfect. Clean, fast, friendly, convenient. What else can you want from a fast food establishment? I didn’t have to wait in a line. I went next door to use the BECU ATM and by the time I came back, smoothie was ready. Thanks guys!

I love this place, the store is open and bright, the colors are also bright, the employees are very nice, the smoothies are delicious and refreshing, the fruit is fresh. This is an all around good smoothie place.

I wanted to try something outside my usual coffee routine. The smoothie was good, I forgot what its called, but I added a «energy» shot. I woulld like to come back to try another one. The girls working this day were kind of helpful but very friendly.

Jamba Juice is definitely my favorite place to get a morning «pick me up» drink or even a meal replacement. I’d take a smoothie from Jamba any day over coffee from Starbucks. However, just like Starbucks it is a tad over priced. Personal favorites include the Pomegranate Paradise and Apples N Greens. yuummm!

Two words: PINK STAR
it is a hidden item (not on the menu), but one of their most popular, all the jamba loyalists know about it and the gummy bear. but it is their best flavor. imagine
a pink starburst, into a smoothie.
Service is great, the coconut water is also to die for.

truly a healthy alternative to coffee — but i still think its over priced for what it is. something so simple can be made at home but at the same time — here in America we will pay top dollar for convenience.
and if your gonna pay for it — might as well be delicious! this jamba juice like many others is always on point. there’s always that blast of cool freshness that hits your face and nose as you stare at the menu and begin to salivate as you read off the list of fresh ingredients.

The girls here are nice and got my drink right away. Ordered a Banana Berry (one of my faves) and it was delicious. It is a bit on the expensive side (a little under $ 4 for a 16oz.), but when I get Jamba Juice, it’s a treat and I don’t mind. Parking is plentiful and its easy to get to off of 348th St.

The service at the Cross Roads Federal Way location has always been friendly and fast. There are a few other smoothie places in Federal Way, but this is my favorite joint for a yummy blended fruit drink. The oatmeal and asian chicken sandwiches are also my favorite!
While any fruit is good fruit, keep in mind that a lot of items on the menu do have quite a bit of sugar in them, and you might as well crack open a soda. If you are truly looking for something healthy, take a peak at the very small, yet flavorful «all fruit» menu: Strawberry Whirl, Pomegranate Paradise, Mega Mango, Peach Perfection, etc. You won’t regret it!
