Super Supplements

They don’t always have what I’m looking for, but they usually do. Staff is very helpful, as it’s sometimes hard to find what you’re looking for in the store. I wish they had a different location. Parking is a challenge in that little corner. But, other than that, it’s a good place to shop for supplements.

Meh. This location is clean and has a similar size and selection to other locations, which is all it has going for it.
I hate coming here because of the aggressive panhandlers in the parking lot. It happens 9 times out of ten. Really, bro? How many times on how many different days are you gonna tell me that you’re out of gas and need spare change? And then blatantly roll your eyes at me when I tell you I don’t carry cash? So infuriating.
I have also found the employees here to be less than helpful. You can usually get help if you ask right when you first walk in, especially if it is one of the older employees working. I was shopping for whey the other day, which is right next to the checkout counter, and I just could not get someone to help me. There were 4 younger employees working that day, and they were all standing at the cash registers 5 feet away engrossed in conversation. I kept waiting for a break in the conversation to ask for help, since I had never purchased whey before and there are approximately 60 different kinds to choose from, but there never was one. Finally, after staring at them for about 5 minutes from only a few feet away, someone extricated themselves from their engrossing conversation long enough to answer one question and then quickly rejoined the conversation. Unfortunately I had several more questions. So I began the process of stare-​and-​wait again until someone peeled off to answer one question only before rejoining their fascinating conversation again. This process was repeated several more times. I am irritated that someone couldn’t just walk over (instead of calling answers over to me without leaving their comrades) and help me until I selected a product, which I eventually did, and spent $ 55 on.
I will keep coming here, but only because there is nothing else comparable in the vicinity. The employees need a more customer service-​minded mentality, and they need to hire a security guard to prevent able-​bodied 20 year olds from aggressively and consistently harassing customers for money.

in spite of the not so great experiences at the puyallup and lakewood locations in the past yesterday (sunday july 26^th just after opening) needing a product that vitamin shoppe doesn’t carry and not wanting to order via mail in hot temps made myself bite the bullet and give them my $. let me tell u the 2 gals working were so nice and helpful! when asked to give the online price they were happy to do so without making a big deal out of it like in the past at that very same store… so a one product purchase turned into a 4 product purchase (and gave me the online price for all of them) and left very happy with my experience

Amazing selection, one of the larger locations. Cashier who helped us was amazingly witty! Helped us pick out yummy quest bars I almost missed! Can’t wait to come back, she really made our morning! Didn’t catch her name and no name on the receipt, but thank you awesome mystery associate!

Always super friendly and knowledgable at this location! Watch out for the wild drivers in the parking lot lol… smile and wave!

Nice store in the Crossings! Helpful salespeople and good prices. They helpded me find 3 options of what I was looking for (at it was only $ 15) I still refer to it as «Seattle Supplement» but my oldest one is always like, «What?» Old habits die hard…
