Starbucks

I normally don’t go to this one due to location but my barista and who took the order was quite nice and took the time to chat. On top of that they got my order correct unlike the 320^th site. Made me smile.

This place is great… if you use the drive-​thru. If you order inside, even if you are the only person in there they will take FOREVER to make your drink and they will probably make it wrong. I gave up going in the store to order because it’s clear that they don’t prioritize the customers that actually come inside. After several long waits, wrong orders, and having to repeatedly ask or REMIND the barista of my order, I gave up on this place.

This is by far the slowest SB. It’s not uncommon to be in the drive-​thru for 10 – 15 minutes. We were just there and decided to go inside instead of waiting in the hellish drive-​thru line. Went inside and there was one barista standing there and no drive-​thru barista. We are done with this SB. If they aren’t overstaffed and slow, they are understaffed and slow. Absolutely awful.

I miss– ordered my drink (which isn’t commonly made anyway) and they fixed it for me :) awesome experience for my first starbucks in seattle

Drive thru customers service is horrible. If you guys charge more then others you guys should have better customers service. I didn’t see cashiers name but she was rood and not helpful.

Absolutely terrible service. The people are nice but that doesn’t matter if I’m there long enough to have a relationship. Possibly the worst run location I’ve been to

Drive thru wait time is extensive on the weekends. My average wait time 8 minutes to place an order. Additional 5 – 7 minutes of wait time to receive my beverage in the drive thru. Quicker to park and go inside.

I’m updating my review in order to remove another 2 stars. For the 2^nd time I ordered inside when there was only a couple of people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to receive a simple latte. There are so many employees here they are practically tripping over each other but they are ALL working for the drive through.
After waiting 15 minutes with my rapidly cooling breakfast wrap in my hand, I asked to see the manager. This request was denied because she was «busy» (she must have been working the drive through as well). The cashier who I complained to asked for my receipt and refunded what I had paid for my entire order (about 10 bucks) with an air of «there, now you have nothing to complain about». This is nice I guess but I didn’t want free food. What I want is to not be late for work and to be able to eat my food while it’s hot.
This is certainly not a problem of the store being busy. I have been to Starbucks where the line started outside and waited less time. The management of this location has clearly made a conscious decision that drive through customers are more deserving of good service than counter customers.
I’m finished with this location.

My Starbucks drink: Venti ice coffee, 6 pumps of classic, 2 pumps raspberry, crème, stir with whip cream on top.
And… It came out GREAT!!!
This Starbucks is pretty big. Customer services was great. The atmosphere was very chill. Located in a good area. Lots of other stores near by.

Starbucks is an AWESOME place especially for musicians. I always produce my EDM music here it’s inspiring a lot.

This is a very busy Starbucks, and therefore, can be very busy. The layout is pretty bad for the drive-​thru. The pedestrian traffic — mostly — has to cross in front of the drive-​thru traffic to get inside. There’s really not enough room to visit if you’re meeting someone for coffee. Also, the line can get pretty long. Last time I was there, I had to wait for the cashier to get done talking to the baristas and it took a while. They really needed to have two cashiers at that time, but they had one and I’m sure she was talking to the baristas to get the orders straight. It was just a really busy mess.

Starbucks be having attitude today I know because it’s Friday day but the lady was so rude and I come in every morning

The slowest Starbucks ever. Routinely their drive through clogs the entire parking lot. It’s not even that they get too many cars,. And they take about five minutes per car and the line just doesn’t move.
You might think that you could go inside to beat the line, no dice. If you go inside you will wait just as long most of their staff is working on the drive-​through despite how long it takes and it takes them at least three minutes per person at the register.
Then once you finally paid your weight for 5 to 10 minutes for your drink to come out however you will probably have to remind them. I have to remind them that I am still waiting for my drink after 10 to 15 minutes probably half the time.
I wish I could say that all of this is because they’re just so busy but they’re really not. The store doesn’t get a lot of foot traffic they’re just plain slow

I grab a coffee almost daily and I tend to come to this location a lot since it’s the most convenient for me. The service is consistent and the quality of the drinks are consistent as well, which is nice~
They do get pretty busy and if you are trying to go through the drive-​thru, it might be a bit of a wait so beware of that! Their is a McDonalds right next to this Starbucks so sometimes it gets a bit congested because cars are trying to get through the Starbucks drive-​thru or the McDonalds one.
Overall though, the location is good and they have a good crew.

My wife is a huge SB fan, She happily spends $ 5.42 for a 4 shot latte every single day and weekends 2 times a day. Myself i only drink monthly. SB is OK just the price of a few ounces of coffee is absurd.

All the drinks have the same recipe its a matter of how they make the drinks ! Sometimes its consistent, sometimes its blahh ! But my biggest problem with this starbucks is that the drive thru is so slow ! I know i sound lazy but the drive thru in Tacoma 72 is so much better. sometimes i feel like they just don’t have enough people working. Also, I never really get a sincere greeting when I come here. Or theres nothing really outgoing about the staff. But starbucks is starbucks and ill never stop going here even if the service is bad. lol

Starbucks has recently made a push to appeal more to «specialty» coffee enthusiasts. That being said, I came away a little disappointed this visit. I ordered a triple whole milk latte. The milk was really poorly prepared. The texture was far too frothy to be poured properly. For most people, coffee is coffee and Starbucks has done a brilliant job standardizing its product to a wide audience. If you’re in a rush and need a quick fix or snack, this is a good stop. If you have other options or are feeling adventurous, try a local roaster.

I’m a drive thru person. The mornings this gets hectic with the McDonald’s drive thru also competing for the entrance.
Staff is always friendly and drinks are constistent

Last few visit on this work excursion have been good. The prompt service and happy disposition the staff has. Kudos to the ones I have interacted with Upper Management take note of the am crew.

I ordered a trenta half Valencia orange half passion tea with 4 pumps of peach syrup. I was waiting for awhile in the drive thru so the lady said my drink was free. Great customer service. I even asked for a water and she gave me a venti.
