The blatant incompetency of this location baffles me. Their smoothie machine has been down for around 4 months now. Every time I go to go there for a smoothie (which is the main reason I go to jack in the box as it has the best in the area) their machine is down. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate 2 months ago and it still isn’t fixed. If they don’t want my business, then I don’t have to give it to them. I will no longer be going to this location.

JUST UNBELIEVABLY BAD. The only thing I asked for was no pickles, i cant stand them. and the only thing that the burger had on it WAS PICKLES.
