It’s White Castle! What more can oh ask for. The burgers are the standard, tasty sliders. My order always comes out right. The staff at this particular location were professional and courteous. Could use a little more effort in the cleaning department, as the location was kind of dirty. Overall great experience. If you’re looking for White Castle, you’ll get exactly what you want here.

Very disappointed, I ordered the exact same items as the person I that was before me and I was charged more. Just wasn’t good tasting like in the past.

Seriously the worst experience I have had at a White Castle. Now mind you, I am a VERY easygoing person and easy to get along with. Not much makes me mad, and I am very understanding with people in the food industry because I myself have been in the food industry as well. The first time around the drive thru, the girl was short with me and didn’t sound happy to be there at all.(I don’t care what you have going on, suck it up and do your job right.) my order is pretty simple. 4 cheeseburgers with no onion. The texture wigs me out. So I get up to the window, once again the girl in the window is rude to me for no reason at all, but then as I go to eat my food in the parking lot i had one burger with no onion, the rest, COVERED in onion. So I go back around. I apologize for being a pain in the ass but I literally can’t stomach them. But I receive no apologies from the staff, instead the window doors get slammed in my face a couple times, and the manager proceeds to tell me that they cook the burgers in the onions so the scrape them off and they just really aren’t that«thorough» about making sure there is none on there. I can pull a random two or three off of the edges that’s fine, I don’t mind, but don’t argue with the customer for asking such a simple request. I don’t know what is going on in that store to make you guys so crabby, and no one loves coming to work but deal with it or find something you like doing because you just made me crabby before I go to my job. Thanks for my lunch! I’ll just go to high ridge next time I go to White Castles.

How does a White Castle get four stars? It does when it surpasses your expectations. I’m an out of towner from the west coast. Where I live, the only access to White Castle is in microwaveable form. It’s always been considered a snack, not high cuisine, but serviceable. I decided to do a sampler of the cheese slider, the jalapeño slider, and the bacon cheese slider. The cheese slider is surprisingly close to its microwaveable counterpart, but thankfully is slightly better thanks to the crisp, fresh, pickle. The bacon used in the bacon cheese slider is surprisingly high quality for the price(a little more than a buck). Often bacon lacks any texture or flavor at similarly priced chains. While the bacon wasn’t crispy, it was thick and flavorful. The jalapeño was a surprise hit, delightfully spicy and an order of magnitude better than the original cheese slider. The onion rings were solid, and the ranch dressing was accessible without me having to beg for it. Compared to similarly priced chains, this White Castle location consistently exceeded expectations and provided a nice, light meal. The location was clean, quiet and fairly empty when I was there on a Monday afternoon. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I grew up in this neighborhood. It’s a shame they tore down the old one instead of remodeling it.

Husband loves the chicken burgers and I like the original burger. We almost never go there, maybe once a year when we crave for it. Service OK, they tend to mix up orders in drive-thru.

Being for California, I was so excited to try White Castle Burgers! We have In & Out but no White Castles! But I was disappointed, Harold and Kumar! Verdict: They’re just OK. They tasted like I went to someone’s house that made burgers not really restaurant quality. My husband said they taste just like the frozen boxes they sell at Wal Mart. This location has good customer service though! :)

I am not a die hard White Castle fan, but every once in a while, it’s good. One scrap of onion and one pickle on each sandwich if you are lucky, not to mention, you have to beg for condiments, like ketchup and mustard. Definitely not the what White Castle used to be. I had same experience 3 different times over about 9 months. Three strikes and they are out. If you like burgers without pickles, onion, and condiments, this place is for you. Voting with my wallet and not going back.

I am actually not a fan of white castle. I think their burgers are greasy and have literally no flavor. So this time, I tried the chicken breast sliders. I was pleasantly surprised. They weren’t half bad. Now there is something there I can eat. The main reason for the four stars is because they’ve installed an AMAZING coke machine that mixes ten different coke products with several different kinds of syrup, as you choose and it is all touch screen. It was awesome. Service was good as well and the place was clean.
