In this busy world it’s a gift to find a business where quality, kindness, and charm exist. The staff at Ferndale Biggby Coffee always treat me like the only customer. The staff have impeccable customer service. The place is spotless clean. The drinks are always perfect and taste delicious… even my quirky fussy custom drinks! I drive out of my way to stop in at least 3 to 4 times a week at this cozy little gem. It’s always a boost to be treated so wonderful, and to enjoy a heavenly coffee.

Actually a nice little coffee shop for a franchise. Very friendly baristas — and they do have cream and half n half contrary to what I was previously lead to believe at another Biggby’s location. Double espresso was very good.

Although this store is new and the staff is still getting familiar with the register and the coupons the staff is very friendly. I usually get a tall white lightning coffee w 2 shots of espresso and today I had the pumkin spice latte. The store is clean and they have WiFi. I plan on being a regular customer!

This place just opened and I was excited because it was close to home and on my way to work. Also because there was one near my house when I lived downriver, and I fell in like with their coffee.
Stopped in real quick for an iced coffee and it was delicious as I expected. Love that I can add my own cream and sugar to my liking. Also, the staff this morning was super friendly.
I’ll be back.

Biggby just opened yesterday! First visit was great, friendly personable staff. Their bagels look yummy. The iced black coffee is REAL espresso 4 shots over ice, I’m glad I won’t have to drink the watered down Tim hortons anymore! So strong, great flavor!
