Had a wonderful time at 6:45am on a weekday. Two staff members and no customers — I had the place to myself! Arrived with a friend to get coffee & breakfast sandwiches. They were running a special on iced tea — any size for 99cents! I got a large black iced tea, which was so good! I also ordered the sausage egg and cheese on croissant — adding hashbrowns for a $ 1, the total meal was under $ 7. The sandwich was ready in record time and while we were waiting, I asked the cashier about a new donut they were advertising. It was a square donut, filled with mocha flavored crème. She offered to give me one to try — for free! This is the kind of customer service that ensures I make this place a habit :)

I’ve tried going here for a bagel on 4 separate occasions, all before 10am. They have been out of bagels every time. They never have anything left. how they remain open is a mystery to me.

Staff is awesome. They have my coffee ready and waiting as soon as I walk in. I wish they had a drive thru

Be advised — Dunkin Donuts no longer makes donuts in their stores. They ‘truck in’ 1 day old Donuts from Regional Bakeries. That’s why they run out of donuts and that’s why their donuts always taste old. Also their breakfast sandwiches are frozen. You’ve been warned!

Staff is friendly and fast, normally gets my coffee order correct; but when I go with my son they never have a broad enough selection of donuts. All he wants is a vanilla sprinkle, yet they never have it. They never have many donuts at all! We normal go across the street to Tim Hortons if he wants a donut.

It’s a chain coffee and ice cream shop. It’s nothing special. They made it to the big leagues by serving generic, widely commonplace fare. This particular one though, always has very very friendly workers. Unlike its competition, which I won’t mention, but whom(did I use whom correctly; I never know) rhymes with Jim Thorton’s, across the street, the workers there seem to actually give a shit. They have that I-actually-give-a-shit attitude which should be a prerequisite but sadly, isn’t. So basically my four star review is going for the customer service?, if you want to call it that. It would get five stars if they served better coffee, but in a time crunch, this does just fine.

I came here and everything was great. Yes they are very busy but that’s because they sell great tasting doughnuts. The line can be long at times but I didn’t mind it since the customer service was good. Yes I’d be back to this place. I’m always in the area and the prices are very reasonable comparing to another doughnut shop I used to go to and much better and cleaner environment and more of a welcoming atmosphere.

Very good coffee and great service! Always crowded but they move the line very fast. Easy to get in and out of the parking lots. Near bus stop also to downtown. Spinach artichoke bagel is delicious and ddperks is a great program for regulars.

I like this DD. Been coming here since I moved in the area. Its inconvenient that they don’t have a drive thur. Nevertheless, food was accurate and service is fast. Good enough for me.

Great Dunkin location. Coffee and donuts taste like they should, the service is fast and friendly when you drive thru or walk in, and it’s clean and neat. Check out the new coffee square chocolates that Dunkin has come out with… they’re heavenly… coffee and chocolate, my favorite 2 things in the world.

So I stopped in here today, something I don’t do often to grab a donut and coffee. Place is clean, service was fast. Coffee and donuts were pretty good, but just not as good as Tim Hortons.

Regardless of the fact that I dropped in here around mindnight on a Saturday and there was a single chum working the store, I was a little disappointed with the service overall, and the store itself… not so clean. I ordered a couple coffees and two breakfast croissant with sausage and cheese for me and my buddy in tow. What I got was two breakfast sandwiches on butter soaked toast and they wrecked me later. I hate sending food back so I gave them a shot but I think I’d have to pass on their breakfast sandwiches next time and stick to the midnight donut option. That said, I guess it wasn’t time to make the donuts because the shelves were barren! This spot is still the lone DD in the immediate area but unfortunatley they don’t have a drive-thru which is an added inconvenience and the parking lot can be a challenge at peak hours too.

America apparently runs on this place. I’d have to disagree. I don’t know if there are any Dunkin Donuts near where I live, but I’ve never been to/seen one. My boyfriend and I were looking for something quick to eat on our way out of Michigan(after our second failed attempt to go to either Toast or The Fly Trap)… and he saw this. With a gasp, he exclaimed«DUNKINDONUTS!». Honestly, I had a cup of hot chocolate with me at that point, so I was in a good mood. I thought, Dunkin Donuts? Yeah! America runs on this stuff(apparently)! So, we ate here. Firstly, this place was depressing, I think. I say«I think», because I might actually tend to apply the word«depressing» to things that don’t deserve it… Like pictures of flower costume adorned babies, or poodles. Actually, those things are depressing. Anyhow, I’m sure you get my point. This place was kind of dimly lit, and the employees seemed broken somehow. They were quiet(I couldn’t hear anything one of them said, despite the fact that only a counter stood between us), and heavy lidded. Suffice it to say that the service left a bit to be desired. As for the food? Well, Dan said his was okay. I got a multigrain bagel with cream cheese, and a side of their«hash browns.» The bagel was really pretty tasteless, but edible. I’d eat that again if push came to shove. The«hash browns», however? I’m offended that they’re calling these abominations hash browns. These were soggy, ill seasoned, potato patties. I mean, I’m not even sure if they were completely cooked through. I feel like they really really tried to flavor them, but they just ended up kind of tasting like dirt. Look, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to get so mad back there, but seriously? Come on, guys. I’d rather you didn’t serve potatoes at all if this is what you’re going to give people. Dominoes publicly admitted a while back that their pizza sucked, and then they revamped it. I’m not sure if it’s any better now, but at least they admitted they had a problem. That’s the first step to recovery, after all. And, Dunkin Donuts? You guys have a potato problem. Best of luck.

Absolute worst store in the entire franchise. I have never met such a rude store manager in my life. My colleague and I called inquiring about wifi and outlets, the woman told us she was too busy to check if the 1 plug in the whole establishment was available. And then she hung up on us. We continued to enter, as we wanted ice cream and coffee while we studied. We asked her if it was her we had spoken to, reluctantly she agreed. We asked her why she hung up on us and she informed us that she didn’t. REALLY?! because my phone said you did! Then after we told her we did not appreciate her rude demeanor, she told us she did nothing wrong. We asked to speak to store manager and she informed us it was her. Then we asked for corporate’s # and she told us to look it up, she did not care if we called, she did nothing wrong. She never once tried to remedy the situation. Then her male employee(assuming it was her husband) informed me that the cameras are recording, as if I would harm the store from my seat! Then they proceeded to talk about us in their native language, Needless to say, we contacted corporate and will never return to this location again. I recommend you do the same. Tim Horton’s is just up the street.

Dunkin Donuts has one of the nicest staff around. Their coffee is fresh and hot, and reasonably priced. Here’s the problem: they never get my drink order right. Ever. But they’re so nice about it, I forgive them. I’m pretty easy to please, and friendliness goes a long way with me. Also, their pumpkin coffee may be laced with crack. It’s not listed in the ingredients, but I know better.

I’m a born and bred Canadian. Tim Horton’s is part of my cultural legacy, eh? I can navigate the metro Detroit area by proximity to a Timmy’s on my innate radar-GPS better than my fancy-schmancy, super-powerful«smartphone» does. The beau is often frightened by my ability to squeak, «Tim!» and demonstrate the direction we need to go with a flourish. You know my bias now. Chicago doesn’t have Tim Horton’s, however, and Dunkin Donuts was the next, very distant second, kind of best if I have to pick a best thing for a doughnut on the run. I learned to eye up the white, pink, and orange boxes with a gimlet eye indicative of the onset of hipster cancer. The DD in Ferndale has stiff competition from Timmy’s existing inside a 50 mile radius, and doubly because our local outpost is exactly across the street from them. Another Timmy’s is down in Hazel Park, and up in Oak Park, in case I really get desperate. Twice I’ve popped into this DD and been profoundly disappointed. They did not have doughnuts. I’m not kidding. At 9:30PM after a major festival in the area, I went in wanting nothing more than a chocolate-covered doughnut, the beau in tow. We stared in shock at the empty shelves. Oh, there were bagels. I could have scrounged up a biscuit if I tried. But the employee yawned and told me they were out of doughnuts. Isn’t that kind of the point if you are named Dunkin DONUTS? It’s the same as going to the Secretary of State, only to be told they are only handling federal matters today. The library is currently out of books, would you like to have a flyer for a bake sale instead? The *travesty*! The second time was midday in preparation of a lengthy drive. I came in looking for doughnut holes. Did they have any? No. Apparently my Canadian aura eradicates all competitors’ doughnut products in a localized field, kerzapping the batter and sending forth waves of less fortunate souls who will eat the subpar matter so I will not suffer. But really, a DD without doughnuts is almost unfathomable to me. I’m almost afraid to enter a third on time on the premise things happen in threes. Will a vortex open and swallow up all proof of the building, leaving in its wake a Wholefoods or a White Castle? I might be willing for the former…

It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. This particular locale wins, though, because the staff are always so kind and friendly. I got a free coffee! Straight to my heart.

Went in for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at DD today. I have to say I was disappointed. The biscuit was dry and hard. There were hard bits of cartilige in the sausage and I could not really taste the cheese. I have to say I greatly prefer this item at McDonalds or Tim Hortons where it is still a butter-infused, fatty, salty, savory delight. I usually get this on a croissant instead of a biscuit if I go to DD and after today that will be the only way i’d get it there or better yet I’ll just get it elsewhere. I bemoan the death of trans fats in my beloved breakfast foods. They wear it as a badge of honor at DD. I see it as a warning that the flavor will probably be lacking. The coffee and donuts are still the same as always. The service was pleasant and fast. The store has recently been updated inside and out and looks great. Too bad the display on the back of the cash register isn’t working.(I thought that was not legal. Plus there is a second register with a working display that was not being used. Senseless.) I would have gotten overcharged if I hadn’t questioned the total today. Probably an honest mistake but thats why there are displays for customers. Unfortunately this means you must check your receipt carefully at this place.

Open 24⁄7. It is a very nice thing to walk home from the bar a little wobbly and find this place. It is a shared space with Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. I am no donut aficionado but, come on, chocolate donuts at 2 a.m., forget about it. The customer service is very… patient.
