Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you, Taco Bell.
On one hand, it’s fast food — what could I possibly be expecting? On the other hand, this Taco Bell location easily and consistently has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced from any fast food restaurant, and it’s not even close. This place has it all. Ungodly slow service (on multiple occasions, I’ve waited longer than 15 minutes at the pickup window), botched orders (I’ve had 3 – 4 items left off of a 6-​item order more than once), and rude employees (I don’t need to be told «chalupas already COME supreme» every time my girlfriend asks for a supreme chalupa just to verify they didn’t screw up our order).
Stay far, far away.

This location has stolen my debit card information twice within the month of January. I stopped going here and let it go. Today, my friend’s debit card information was stolen at this location as well. I can’t ignore it anymore. THEY ARE CROOKS. I have contacted corporate about these three instances and am awaiting a response. DO NOT USE A DEBIT OR CREDT CARD AT THIS LOCATION!

This Taco Bell has the NICEST employees! No matter what time of day, the people that work the drive through are always pleasant and friendly. In addition, I’ve never had my order messed up at this location. There’s nothing worse than a late night TB run and the staff is annoyingly slow and mess up the simplest of orders. Live mas!
(The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because, well, it’s Taco Bell.)

This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to as far as service goes, always slow. They’ll hand you a free drink to make up for the wait, but I’ve found myself waiting 20+ minutes for fast food. I’ve found that they really only care about the wait at the drive through, so you’re better off going that route.

Nice staff but the service is the absolute worst. Waited in a line of 3 cars and it took 25 minutes. Have received incorrect food 3 separate times and even when it was right, it was made incorrectly. Unfortunately I worked at Taco Bell when I was a teenager so it’s annoying when such easily prepared food gets screwed up. I wouldn’t go there if it wasn’t the only Taco Bell within 15 minutes from my house.

New remodel and the place looks great. Same issues as before though. Very skimpy on toppings such as cheese and tomato. 8 out of 10 times the order will be wrong, when I say no onions I mean no onions, please. Staff is typically very friendly and they sure do make you feel welcome. The issues paper to be the Franchise owner thing with telling employees to be extra skimpy. It’s bad for business.

If you like your tacos with more than 5 pieces of cheese on them, don’t go here! You may think you could just order extra cheese if you want more than the 5 pieces they give you… WRONG! Even after paying for extra cheese (for the 3rd time) I still had to search through the taco to find any cheese, and only found about 7 pieces. I’m guessing they must get raises based on how much cheese they save. So frustrating after paying $ 2.40 for EXTRA cheese I never got.

Yes, I’m reviewing Taco Bell.
All new building and equipment, same old problems. The staff is nice, and they work hard, but on the Saturday I went, they were out of straws, medium drink lids AND napkins. The there was the wait for food. Nearly 15 minutes. Nice staff there goes a long way… when my son is eating and I am not, they usually comp me a small drink, which is really nice. But there were familiar faces there, and they shouldn’t have to work the kinks out of the system.
But, as my 13 year old son inhales Taco Bell, we’ll be back.

I wouldn’t normally bother writing any kind of review or compliment for a fast food restaurant, but this Taco Bell always has the BEST customer service! Workers there always sound very cheery and polite, which is really hard to find anywhere, let alone a fast food place. I never even have to check my bags before driving aways cause I know the order will be right (don’t know how many times I haven’t received the proper order at other Taco Bell locations).

Ok, so I claim not to be a fast food person but I have to give in occasionally for the right kind, right? I was having a particularly rough week with school, and met my mom here for a lunch date since its close to campus. The man behind the counter totally made my day bc of how cheery he was! We agreed we would go back just to have another positive experience with him :) Very clean and friendly experience… pleasant surprise!

TacoBell is the only fast food I will eat, for better or worse. This is worse.
If you would like a regular menu item that usually does not come with sour cream, make sure this is echoed back. At this Taco Bell, they assume you love everything smothered in sour cream. If you would like hot or mild sauce, good luck. Do not drive away expecting sauce in the bag. Wait for it. When a woman is waiting on you, you will have a run of the mill+ Taco Bell time. If one of the men are waiting on you, good luck.
