Universal Taekwondo

My son started classes in the after school program at Universal (aka Relentless Martial Arts) the beginning of the 2010 – 2011 school year. John (owner and SahBum Nim) Mariotti has helped my son in numerous ways. He has become more disciplined in his actions and conscious of the world around him. He volunteers on a regular basis at Hands of Hope, a community food outreach that was brought to Fernley by Patricia who works at Relentless, as well as working in the community garden (that is run by John). He looks forward to going to class after school and in Tae Kwan Do he has learned how to set a goal and what it takes to reach that goal. He has also learned how to mentor the younger students and to accept help and advice from more experienced students, some of which are younger that he is. John is always available to talk with and care about his students. I have taken the FIT class; this class will kick your butt, and Yoga. My Husband loves the kick boxing and my daughter participates in the dance class. There really is something for everyone at Universal. Thank you John for everything!
