Ruined my wedding dress! Now, this wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world, however I had a second wedding! I had to sew parts of my gown in my hotel room the night before my wedding! Can you believe it? What a nightmare! It also took a lot for them to actually issue a refund! They didn’t apologize or try to fix the situation one bit. No sympathy, no regret, nothing! What a complete disaster! Now I can’t even resell my dress, which I should have been able to sell for at least $ 800.
