Very disappointed. Unprepared, unprofessional and not good. We popped in for a Rueben on St. Patty’s day at the Arby’s by 116th and Allisonville. We were the only ones at the counter but were continuously ignored. Finally a server appeared and took our order. The cook in the back overheard the order and reminded the server that«we are out of Reubens.» Our server literally yells back«I forgot». We are going to leave and manager appears and says something to the cook who responds we can do it…“i will scrape some frozen meat.” The sandwiches were served and as Wendy’s use to say«Where’s the Beef». It was not good, very thin and soggy for a franchise that proclaims«We’ve got the meat.» They may have the meat but they don’t serve it. It is kept frozen in the freezer.

This Is your typical Arby’s. They are quick and courteous. The wait in the drive thru is never long. Food is always as expected. Some personal favorites are the Beef and Cheddar, the French Dip and the Fish Sandwich.

I know its Arby’s, what can set it apart? Stopped off here for lunch today and I have to say, for a chain restaurant, what is ALWAYS going to set it apart is the staff! I did drive thru, but the kid at the window was very sweet and though busy made sure he gave me extra ketchup and honey mustard for my order. He also caught that the drink had ice in it and got me new one before it was even in my hand!(I hate ice in my drinks)
