Love coming here! Great friendly service. In and out and love how you can sit in vehicle while they work on car. makes it so much easier with 3 little boys in car.

I can’t say enough good things about the guys who work here. They’re always courteous and have a smile on their face. They are quick and they don’t try to oversell me things I don’t need. I just really appreciate them being so kind all the time. Best of all when I needed an oil change on Christmas Eve they were open. Not only were they open, but they were more than happy to be of service. I will always go back to this Valvoline!

I came here for a couple of reasons, despite the distance from my house: The first being that I was excited by the idea of a «drive-​thru oil change» (who likes to wait an hour?) and second being that I found a $ 7 coupon on their website. I pulled up and waited only about 15 minutes for the person in front of me to be completed. Once inside, the attendants were friendly and knowledgeable. They check everything from fluids to lights to tire pressure. It was a quick change and the price was right for a synthetic blend! They even changed my license plate light out for me. I was done in about 15 minutes and overall satisfied with the experience. Much less hassle than Walmart or Jiffy Lube. Will definitely come here again!

My first visit to this establishment, and it will be my last…
Things were going well, aside from the constant attempts to upsell me on things I didn’t need. «Well, now you should be using high-​mileage oil.» «The manufacturer recommends the following things when you have this many miles…» No thank you, I came for one thing: an oil change.
You do sit in your car for the duration, but it gave me an opportunity to watch what was going on under the hood. Doug, a mature gentlemen talked me thru all of my options and didn’t flinch when I declined most of them. I had a coupon from the website, which he accepted with no issues. Meanwhile, a young man with the name «Smock» on his shirt (actually Michael) worked busily under the hood and another mechanic worked in the space under the car. I paid Doug and he assured me I’d be on my way. All good, right?
Well, yes, until I attempted to start the car and it wouldn’t start. Immediately, they knew what to do (of course, they did!) and got jumper cables and a small charger to assist me. When that didn’t work, they actually had to pull another car around to do the jump start. «Well, it could be your battery», says Doug. My only response was, «I am not buying a battery today.» At this point they conceded that I was not playing into their hands. After 4 – 5 attempts, the engine finally started.
You have ONE JOB. Why can’t you just do it?

Stopped in here for an oil change about 2 months ago. Nice staff, pretty friendly. However, they failed to install the gasket on the drain plug properly and I ended up leaking oil for the past 2 months. When I realized this, I returned and they fixed the problem free of charge. Not sure if I will return. I believe my oil change plus filter was $ 65. I can get this cheaper at the dealership.

I prefer this place over jiffy line that’s for sure.
However they try and mickle and dime you to death with new wipers and air filters and oil filter and filters for your filters Argo just change my freaking oil already and stop trying to upswell me to death.
Also the employee turn over here is worse than a Super Cuts they just can’t seem to keep people and from the looks of them they are shady to say the least.
I’m done with this place and am going to just pay the dealer…

A great experience in auto service. They quickly changed the oil and offered other services to enhance the preventative maintenance. No high pressure sales.
My only recommendation to the shop to improve would be to have a master tech on site to explain to customers in detail how some features of the mechanics operate. I found myself explaining to another customer how their vehicles all-​wheel drive operates and is maintained.
Otherwise, it is a quality establishment to get your oil change and have some minor preventative maintenance conducted.

Awesome service, great value. Took my car in this morning. Got right in and right out. Tony and his whole team were courteous and made good, no pressure recommendations (on of which I took, thanks) and made the entire experience very easy. I will be back.

Let’s be honest — I feel like I’m constantly being taken advantage of when I go to get any work done on my car. Tire rotations. Oil changes. Filter changes. New break pads. The list goes on and on. When specifically talking about oil changes, I have hopped around to several places in the Indy and Fishers area hunting desperately for a place that’s not only efficient — but honest.
I came across Valvoline while looking for an oil change coupon online. ha They had a great deal that day and so I decided to give it a shot. The most bizarre part about this place is that you can stay in your car while getting the oil change. I honestly didn’t know what to do myself as I’m used to sitting inside a «waiting room» while looking at my car through a window — while the work is being done. Well, that’s not the case here. Fortunately the workers are friendly and chat with you through pretty much the whole process. I have yet to feel pressured into buying something else for my car.
I’ll end this invigorating oil change review by stating that you can be in and out within your lunch break. Perfect! That’s one of the things I hate the most about getting car work done — there’s never a convenient time to go and it usually takes an hour or two. Not this one.
