Jimmy John’s

Well-​staffed and offers quick service. Parking can be tough, but I always manage to find a spot. Friendly workers and awesome subs. Very clean interior.

I love jimmy johns sandwiches the online ordering is wonderful and easy and they show up promptly after my order is submitted.
After the order today, I decided to write a review. I order from here at least once a week because we are new to the area and in a hotel. Some things I picked up on:
I have received a drink and sandwich with no straw or napkins.
I have had drinks forgotten and the delivery boy asked if I still wanted the drink. (Yes, I paid for it, I wanted it)
I have had missing food once, but it wasn’t anything major, and he came back.
I’ve had a large soda delivered missing half of the soda in it. He spilled it. So I paid for a full drink, without getting the full drink.
Now today, this nice wonderful jimmy johns employee delivered my sandwich, all my sides, napkins, straw, and a full drink. The difference between this delivery driver and the others was she was a woman. Seems like she has more care for her customers. If I could have given her a larger tip I would have. Everything was perfect.
So, jimmy johns, retrain your young male employees please. They are only in it for a paycheck. It’s obvious they don’t care about how your business is portrayed.
5 stars were almost needed, but those guys messed it up for you.
