Fabrizio’s Deli

I have eaten at the deli and have also had their catering. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent, filling meal, whether wings, sandwiches or prepared foods, whether breakfast or lunch/​dinner. Given the name — «Fabrizio’s» — I would suggest trying anything Italian (think sausage parmesan hero), but you really can’t go wrong no matter what you order. As for the catering, they really do put on an outstanding spread and the prices are very reasonable given the amount and quality of the food. Definitely consider using them for your next graduation party, birthday, or any other special occasion. You won’t be disappointed — rather, you’ll be satisfied and very, very full!

This is a brand new delicatessen that just opened in the Main Street Plaza in Fishkill, NY. They’re open from 6am-​4pm, Mon-​Sat. They have both eat-​in and carry-​out. We’ve eaten breakfast in twice and it was terrific. The breakfast special egg sandwich comes on a wonderfully tasty roll. The french toast was spectacular, and the breakfast platters with eggs, home fries and meats were excellent. One in the group even had a sausage parmesan hero and it was great! We’ve also had carry-​out lunch in the form of two delicious, fresh-​made Italian cold cut heros. The sandwiches were outstanding — the cold cuts were tasty and fresh and the provolone was amazing. We’ve also had catering from them and it, too, was out of this world (two kinds of wings and a rosemary & lemon chicken). The prices are fantastic, the service great, and the staff friendly. Highly recommended — give it a try!
