Main complaint is all due to an employee who sold us a bed. She swindled us a full bed for $ 400 that was on «clearance» from their back room. She claimed it was on clearance for being an older model but should suit our comfort needs. Being the dumb dumbs that we were about beds let alone purchasing them, we bought it. We had snapped the boxspring in half in a matter of a week. When we returned hoping that we could get our money back, this other guy at the store didn’t seem to want to talk about our situation and seemed like it was strict policy for him to tell us to contact a Sleepys representative over the phone but then again, he seemed a bit more anxious for getting his lunch at the moment. So we contacted THEM and they helped replaced the boxspring, not once but twice. The first time it broke. We were curious and tore it apart to check the inside and It was held together by 3 cheap, thin wood planks across but not much support for them. The second time it didn’t break but it was extremely uncomfortable. The boxspring was supposed to be different from the other but it didn’t match the mattress itself. After that we just wanted our money back but Sleepys has a very strict warranty. We could only get our money back through store credit. After this whole fiasco, we learned from many places and sources that the lady there had sold us a childrens’ full bed. We went to Bob’s Furniture in search for our lost hope in securing us a decent bed when we learned that those guys know A LOT about their products. They were practically teaching us about beds and enlightening us of what they had in store, not to mention a WAY better warranty on them. I could go on about their great customer service and store varieties and all that but uh Yeah so uh… Sleepys, do your research on your products and don’t point us out the door if we have a problem.

My friend bought a mattress from this company. After sleeping on it one night, she complained the mattress was defective and more than 6 months later, they are still battling to return it. Doesn’t Sleepy’s stand by their sales and try to assist their customers? It is a shame that this woman, who is so wonderful, is being treated this way and has to sleep sitting up in a recliner because she can’t get rid of this defective Simmons Beauty Rest mattress she bought at Sleepy’s of Fishkill. Terrible customer service and she overpaid. I did better buying the same mattress on a Groupon.
