Einstein Bagels

This Einstein’s bagel happens to be located on the South campus of NAU. It is exactly like the one on north campus, only this one isn’t as busy. I was already not the biggest fan of the Einstein’s bagel shops at NAU because they never have salt bagels. Also the last time I had it, their cream cheese did not taste too good, and it seemed like it had spoiled somewhat. When I asked the clerk if she could make another one last week, she took a little bite of it and said that it tasted normal to her. It was as if she thought I had never tasted cream cheese before. I hate to employ stereotypes on myself but I am from NJ and I am Jewish, so I should know when plain cream cheese begins to resemble lox in taste. I threw the bagel away and went to another place. I will never eat at Einstein’s again on NAU’s campus. I prefer Biff’s anyway.
