Dunkin’ Donuts

Had breakfast here on Friday morning and the floor at this place looked like a dirty hurricane hit it. The day was windy, windy enough to break glass on a door.
Ordered the chicken sausage sandwich with seasoned hashbrowns and a coffee, plus a donut. Breakfast sandwich was good, the hash browns tasted seasoned and the coffee was good enough.
Staff was ok.

This is not the exact time, but I was there first thing this morning about 6:30 a.m. but I did want to write a little review, The restaurant is very clean even in the restrooms are clean staff is friendly and fast donuts always fresh and delicious with a large assortment of breakfast items some lunch items like sandwiches bagels croissants things like that very good piping hot coffee you won’t be disappointed give A try on your way in or out of Flagstaff it’s right next to Chick-​fil-​A.

Disappointed in this location. I have never had a negative experience here until this morning. The worker forgot to make my drink and when I asked about it I was looked at like I was lying. I retold her my drink and she still got it wrong. I was 10 minutes late to work and started my day off upset. Poor customer service.

When I first walked in I had a very bad impression on the place. But after being greeted by Aaron, not just my time here changed, but my whole life did. He took me in and treated me like royalty, responding to every one of my questions with such a high value and manor I just could not contain myself. Dunkin donuts is lucky to have him as an employee and they are lucky he is not working for a corporation as head manager. He is the only reason I will ever go back to a Dunkin donuts. Thank you, Aaron.

Before heading to the Grand Canyon, we decided to stop at Dunkin Donuts for a good breakfast. The food was great, but everything else was terrible. The cashier was rude, as was the rest of the crew. All the tables were dirty with trash on them. And to top it off, the table we sat at was wobbly and the coffee spilled everywhere. Customer service is definitely not a priority.

On my way home from camping at Grand Canyon. Got my coffee fix at DD in Flagstaff today. New pumpkin donut is here! Yummy:)
Iced Oreo latte is good too. Waited a little longer than I care to but overall good experience.

I’m a fan of the donuts and coffee here, however since I gave up fried food, I have not really eaten a donut in quite a while. Instead I have been getting coffee whenever I go. That being said, when I have visited, the service has been pretty good, and the store is clean for the most part. The only problem I have with this place is that during rushes, it can become quite chaotic and difficult to hear due to the way they set up the place. It can also become quite dirty. I have had no problems with the customer service, or the quality of their food. Its like any other Dunkin Donuts really. Maybe cleaner than some.

The dough you spend isn’t worth the dough you get. For a place that does donuts for a living you’d think they’d know what they’re doing! Save some money and go to Fry’s, they are much nicer donuts for half the price.

Visited this Dunkin’ Donuts twice on our recent visit to Flagstaff. Being from Los Angeles, I get my Dunkin’ coffee fix whenever available. Just love, love, love their iced coffee. I gave this place 5 stars because of the service! This place just like any other Dunkin’ have the usual food and drink offerings. What separates it from the rest is the service. First time, I came in was to get a large iced coffee. I ordered my coffee with cream. Sure enough it was good. The second day, I came in and ordered iced coffee again. I had forgotten how many creams I asked for the day before, and the lady behind the counter was nice enough to remind me how I ordered my coffee the previous day. She asked me if it was good the day before. I thought that was really nice. I also ordered some munchkins for my son. They were out of the jelly filled ones, but she took the time to go to the back and prepare some for him. Awesome service with a smile. As I was waiting for the munchkins, another lady who works there saw me just standing by the counter. She immediately asked if I needed help. I was impressed by the helpfulness and service of the staff. Definitely a pleasant donut shop to visit.

The Oreo donut was not bad for a specialty donut… it was a little on the sweet side but, duh, its a donut. Its gonna be sweet. Also tried the Chips Ahoy Crunch donut which I preferred since it had a chocolate base. Definitely gotta try em though.
The restaurant had plenty of seating, only bad thing was most of the tables were dirty. Customers shouldn’t have to clean tables. We don’t work here.

I love Dunkin coffee. The donuts are no longer made in the stores, so they are all day old donuts. Not a smart move by Dunkin in my opinion, but we will keep going here and enjoying it.

Stayed at the econo lodge next door, so was here twice in 2 days. First trip, ok donuts & stale donut holes.
Second trip, very very stale bagel. Really bad. Hardly enough cream cheese to cover 2 sides of a bagel then they wanted to charge me a dollar for more cream cheese.
Meh experience.

Holy moly what a bunch of ridiculous reviewers. This DD is just like every other out there with donuts and coffee standards. I stop in on occasion for office treats and a gigantic coffee that is always good. I am greeted with smiles, fast as possible service (sometimes there is a queue and thus time is needed). The kids who work here are doing a good job and the crappy reviews are just ridiculous.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & even WORSE donuts! Before dropping off our daughter back at school, we wanted to send her off w/​some donut holes. When we walked in there was a awful burnt coffee smell, not sure what was going on but the 2 guys behind the counter didn’t look too happy. I ordered our 50 donuts which usually comes in 2 holes boxes, but there seemed to have been a problem w/​that here. But I insisted 25 go into 1 and 20 in another. I was a bit surprised & sad that there was no bavarian crème but the guy didn’t seem to care, but at least he let me sub 5 holes for 1 bavarian donut. Once we hit the road to head home we took the donuts out to eat them and they were stale & dry!!! How sad is that! We ended up tossing the whole box in the trash! Worse DD experience ever! If you want donuts don’t come here!

A year later and Flagstaff DD has the morning rush down. Great job. And thanks for the caffeine.

Can someone tell me why this location is reluctant to ever staff properly or open both cash registers, EVER? A district manager or area supervisor needs to stop in and watch how poorly managed this location is. Unbelievable, line out the door and 4 people back there every weekend morning.

This place sucks. Don’t get the iced coffee, worst iced coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life!!!

The donuts seemed very fresh and my donut (chocolate frosted donut) was very good. The girl working was nice and helpful and I enjoyed my experience at this Dunkin Donuts.

Flagstaff is magical. People are nice, places are clean… Even the Dunkin Donuts is great!
This looks like a new Dunkin Donuts. It’s very modern. Large seating area, even a fireplace on the inside! Bathrooms were clean too, which was a bonus!
The donuts and bagels were fresh and beautiful. I grew up in Dunkin Donuts, and very recently was just in one in New Jersey. This Flagstaff location is the Rolls Royce of Dunkin Donuts. Really.
My #5 on Sesame was tremendous, and the dozen donuts that we brought for the road trip were fresh and delicious.
Now that I’m sitting in LA and writing this review, I find myself saying… It’s only 7 hours away… Hmmm…
