Love JJ managed Subway out of state. Left Flag 2 yrs ago. Came back to find two JJ had closed, covid? The last one I have stop at three times in a week. First time out of wheat bread, second out of avocado. Last time guy making my sandwich had hard down in his face and keep swinging it out of his face, it was really quite disgusting. The condition of the shop was really poorly kept. Very sad to see a great brand like JJ in such poor shape.

I love Jimmy John’s! I always get the same sandwich – #11. I usually order in from my hotel room after a long day on the road. Prompt, friendly service each time.

I was very disappointed in jimmy Johns after online ordering and receiving our sandwiches after 30 minutes. We found out they got the order wrong and put lettuce instead of avocados on our sandwich, we called and in another 30 minutes we got the sandwich replaced and they messed up again! We were offered no discount and we had to go back into our room to get the other sandwich so to say the least we are not pleased.

We ordered delivery from our hotel room and service was fast and my sandwich the Gargantuan was huge and made just as I ordered! Nothing fell out of it while I ate my way around it and I could not eat more than half but was perfect next day!
all the sandwiches were great for the other 3 we ordered as well.
the cookie was perfect as well as the pickle cut in 4ths.

If your looking for an extravagant sandwich that will knock you off your feet, this is not the place for you. Sandwiches have always been good and I have never experienced «bad service.» Pickles are delicious and the French bread is homemade in the store.
Store is open very late which is great for graveyards or vampires. Simple sandwiches for a decent price, can’t complain.

Yuck. Let me start by saying I have never left a review on Unilocal before. But this place was so bad I just have to say something. This was THE WORST sandwich I have ever had. I could go on and on but I will list the biggest offenses:
1. Dry bread
2. Bad tasting lettuce (how does that even happen)
3. Blood on the bread from the roast beef (I like meat rare but not deli roast beef to the point that it bleeds)
4. Non existent avocado on the sandwich
5. No side items (and by this I mean I asked for peppers on the side instead of on top of my sandwich bc my husband didn’t want them on his half and the girl said they can’t do that)
Save your money.

Disappointed in this place in so many ways.
For starters, I live a mile and a half away. But that is out side their «delivery range»
Furthermore they have recently opened 2 addition locations in town but all 3 service the same area for deliveries. I guess I’m out of luck in the convenience department. But whatever I still go if I am near by.
However, the last 3 times I have been there my sandwich has been smothered in mayo. Now, I always order the Vito, #5 which does not come with mayo. The first time it happened whatever maybe a mistake. The second time it happened, it was frustrating, the third time I informed the staff of said mistake on prior visits, after be reassured the mistake would be corrected it was almost like they smothered it in mayo on purpose.
I hardly ever eat in and mostly take it to go. For the record, I hate mayo, can’t stomach it what’s so ever. 3 sandwiches down the drain. I haven’t been back to this jimmy johns since. And the others are further away from the house. I can easily stop at Safeway and get a sandwich made to order for the same price or less.
Sorry Jimmy johns you let me down, and I doubt I will be back.

Ridiculously fast! Was still paying for my order when my sub was handed to me. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Great experience.

This was my first visit to Jimmy Johns, EVER.
It was nearly 2am, and the people working were methodically buzzing around to get orders ready for delivery. They moved with purpose and watching them made me even more tired than I already was. Seeing the way they zipped around let me know that I could never work at Jimmy Johns… these dudes prepare food SO CRAZY FAST.
The guy at the front counter was extremely nice, and despite being slammed with takeout orders he helped me figure out what I should get, and wasn’t rude when I was taking forever to make up my mind. To top it all off, he had an extremely pleasant demeanor and we exchanged some jokes while he was making my food.
I had a tuna salad lettuce wrap with a bunch of extra veggies and it was big enough to split with my husband, but it was so good that the next time we come here, we definitely aren’t splitting our wrap. Gluttony for the win. haha

Ordered a sandwich for delivery at lunchtime yesterday. Discovered they brought the wrong sandwich (although the receipt clearly stated what I had ordered). Called them and they said they would bring the right sandwich right away. Three hours later no sandwich. Think they need to slow down and get their orders right.

This is tasty Fast food; not Fast Food, but delicious food that happens to be fast.
Just fast enough to enjoy the humor on the walls and pit stop in the men’s restroom for some great facts about Uranus.
Now, it’s always staffed by young workers and thus the possibility of «Sup bro, whatcha want» definitely exists. However, the speed, taste, & chuckle in the bathroom is just the right combination some days.
Now is this the best gourmet sandwich you’ve ever had… probably not, but a good dern value and taste for a lunch break run. …and don’t forget the bathroom… LOL

This place is good, but I do not see what the big deal is. I will take a Jersey Mike’s or Cheeba Hut sub any day of the week over this, but I seem to be the minority so maybe I am missing something.

Wow, this was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever been served. It was like my ordering was the biggest imposition on the staff. First and last visit to Jimmy Johns. Bring back Schlotskys.

We ordered delivery this past week and opened our sodas … It was like the delivery guy was thirsty on the way and took huge gulps of our cups. Look at my picture!
Sandwiches were made very sloppily … Not freakily fast, but alright.

Sometimes jimmy johns does what they are expected to do, 10 minute delivery and everything on your sandwich. But more times then not they don’t have it together. They will forget extra items or your drinks, and more then a couple times given me someone else’s sandwich! They are very nice on the phone but overall not reliable. Not to mention you need a minimum order of 25 dollars just to use the app, and that’s for pick up! The safest way is to walk in and watch them make your sandwich to ensure its right every time!

I love Jimmy Johns, but this particular one needs to turn the music down and stop hiring college students every week because they are always training. I ordered my sandwich the same way I do every time I’ve been there. Slim 4 with cheese and mayo. Went out to my car and there is no cheese and no mayo on it, just packets. I went back and said there is no cheese on my sandwich and they said yeah it doesn’t come with it, I asked for the cheese and mayo on the sandwich not packets. They tried to charge me a dollar more after they messed up the order. Also their sign is very deceiving. Under the slim menu it says bread cheese and meat. Then they claim the turkey doesn’t come with cheese and try to charge mor money for it. Until they learn how customer service goes a long way, no more Jimmy Johns for me.

Fast sandwiches. Meat sliced in store. Bread baked fresh multiple times a day. Produce is from local growers. Friendly workers. I’m a picky customer but they always get my order correct.
I’m outside of the delivery range and they kindly explained they keep their range small to keep deliveries fast.

I loved Jimmy John’s in Chicago where there is one on every 10^th corner it seems. since i’ve moved here i missed them so while in Flagstaff yesterday i stopped in the only one for like 100 miles. I never bothered to check the orders in Chicago, but here you had better watch them make the sandwich. We ordered one wrap and two vito’s. 45 miles later at home we discovered our wrap was on bread. I asked for hot extra peppers and onions on the vitos. I had almost no onions and no hot peppers at all.
There were 4 people behind the counter available to get the order right. I think they need a 5^th. I will go back because it is the ONLY one, but i’ll be directing the sandwich build. This is not the quality i had come to expect from other locations.

This place is good if you want a step up from subway and quick service. The bread is tasty and you get quite a big sandwich for a really reasonable price. The sandwiches are pretty standard and simple and I have had better but then again how else would they be so fast to serve you. Gourmet is definitely a strong word that doesn’t necessarily fit but ingredients are fresh and service is fast.
Big negative and poor business plan is they do not deliver to the hospital! They would make so much more money if they would deliver there. Do they understand how many hungry hospital workers there are that get tired of cafeteria food and are unable to leave the campus? They are missing out on some serious $$$. There are also a ton of other medical offices and surgery centers in that area that would love to order large deliveries. Maybe they will reconsider their delivery radius. We recently tried to get a delivery there to no avail.

HOW SILLY IS THAT?!

As far as Jimmy John’s go, this place is great. I don’t understand why they have such a low rating. You can order your sandwich, leisurely walk to fill your drink, and by the time you return, your sandwich is done! The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they replaced sprouts with cucumber on the Turkey Tom… but I know that goes for all JJs.
