Enjoyed our Brussels sprouts and our Clark Street pizza. Coming from the Chicago area we had a craving for pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! It had so many of the flavors we are accustom to. The manager was extremely friendly asking us if we enjoyed the pizza and treating us to a pizza COOKIE! Yummy

There food is consistently delicious! I dislike chains, but this one is a wonderful exception!

This is always my go-to restaurant when the fambam comes to town! My family and I always like to eat family style so we can get a little bit of everything(because, really, who wants to stop at just one entrée?). Everything here is absolutely amazeballs. You should seriously come here! It was so good I had to start writing my review while I’m still sitting at the table waiting for my big cookie(which is even more amazeballs lol). Our wait time did go over our quoted time, but the minute it went over the manager came over right away and offered us a free appetizer! I wasn’t worried,(I’ve worked in a restaurant and understand how it goes) but it was really sweet of him and was great customer service!

Was in town for the weekend with my family and came here for dinner. We’re familiar with the restaurant typically having a long wait so no surprise when we were told 45 minutes to an hour. We’re not however familiar with the area so driving around looking for somewhere else to eat was not something we wanted to hassle with. An hour passed and my husband went to check the status of our seats and was told we would have to wait another hour! Unbelievable. For the most part I’ve had good experiences with this restaurants food and service but this was ridiculous. We were stuck trying to find a place to eat. And I must mention the parking lot is a one way in one way out nightmare. We had to pull an Austin Powers to get out of there!

The atmosphere, the food, the service is all amazing. The seating and space, not so much. However the food is so good it is worth the wait.

The food was PHENOMENAL from our medium wings to the baked Ziti to the chicken parm sandwhich! Portions were large and prices were very good. Atmosphere is cozy and great for families and the staff was very nice and attentive. If I was a Flagstaff resident, I would be a regular for sure! Shout out to Sarah L for being a FANTASTIC server!

This was our first time in this particular Oregano’s. It did not disappoint. Their ample serving sizes make it easy to split plates. Our waitress was upbeat and pleasant. The ONLY tricky part was the parking, but that won’t keep us from returning next time we are in town.

Neat little pizza bistro, Prices are good and the servings are huge! Had the large Cesars salad it was really good, got a 10″ Chicago deep dish pizza– it was really deep. Overall it was good and I’ll be back!

On a saturday night, me and and my gal gave out favorite restaurant another turn, and it was an insane wait! I suggest you call ahead and see what the wait is. By the time, we were seated… the wait for 2 hours. We have have been to tons of Oreganos before, and we are quite aware that all the waiting is worth it. I usually opt in for Pizza, the Pablo Picasso Salad, or the Big Rig w/Chicken. I tried the Lady de Scampi(I know that not how you spell it) w/chicken… and it was another one for the books. I am always a little nervous to try new things to eat, but this won did it for me! The bazooki or pizza cookie is always great as well. Its just so hard to have room to eat it, because their entrée portions are enormous!

This place is a joke. Who has 2 hours to wait just for a table? Especially when you see empty tables everywhere. It’s not worth the wait.

Unexpectedly disappointed. Waited 45 min for a burned pizza. On the bright side the chicken Cesar salad was amazing.

I have been coming to this restaurant for so long and I love the food, the atmosphere is fun, and the service is usually really good every bit worth a 20%+ tip but not tonight. We were told we couldn’t have a shot and a beer in front of us at the same time, WTF, the law says a, server can’t put two drinks down in front of one person at a time, you can put a shot and a beer in front of one person as long as you set them down one after the other. So all the food establishments in Flagstaff are serving illegally. Next the server we had, Sarah G, is rude and keeps shooting dirty looks at us because we questioned the alcohol issue. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, then had to ask twice for more dip sauce. This is absolutely the worst service ever! I gave it two stars cause I love the food!

Hi: I’ve lived in Flagstaff for over 20 years, and have eaten at this great establishment many times. I grew up in Chicago eating Uno’s, Due’s, and Lou Malnotti’s pizzas, and have always loved going to Oreganos for a little nostalgia and great pizza. Last night, however, was my first disappointing experience there, to wit: When we arrived, as expected, we were told there would be a wait of over an hour. I am 61 years old, and my wife is 60. The weather outside was superb, and there were at least 18 others waiting for their tables in various places in the parking lot. I find the waiting area to be cramped, loud, sweaty and uncomfortable, not to mention it doesn’t usually fit everyone waiting for a table. So seeing a couple of empty plastic chairs I grabbed one and showed it to the greeter at the front steps. I told him I had over an hour to wait for a table, and since it was so nice outside, asked if I could just place the chair directly behind him next to the railing so my wife could sit. He immediately said no, that someone else might want to sit in that chair. I gently reminded him that inside or out, the chair would be taken by myself or my wife, so nobody else could logically sit in it in either case. He said«I’m not okay with that!» and stared at me. I obediently put it back where I found it and commenced to sitting on the pavement, right behind him, for the next hour. Perhaps he was merely doing what he’s been told to do by management. Perhaps he just couldn’t be bothered. In either case, I’d suggest that they consider a different way to handle the constant long waits for tables at their restaurant, and try to somehow accommodate the overflow from their tiny stuffy little waiting room, especially when the Flagstaff weather is so fine. On another note, the deep dish pan pizza we ordered was rather mediocre at best. My first negative food experience there. Far less tomato sauce, the crust was thin and also rather mediocre. Sadly, we decided that Oreganos was no longer worth the wait.

Normally good service. The food was great. We came at 1:22pm and were told an hour. We were still waiting at 3:00pm. We said we’d split tables and were told«it won’t matter». Yet tables of 4 – 5 were sat continuously for an hour. At about an hour we were told the table we were going to be seated at was«finishing up the pizzokie» but our kids went back there and saw that there wasn’t a pizzokie at the table. I went up and asked 20 minutes later and was told«checks are down» which was another story. Kids went back and did further recon and saw that the table was just starting to eat the pizzokie. It’s one thing to be slammed on Labor Day, it’s another to tell your customers stories 3x in a row and send the message that you really don’t care.

I hate to say this, but I’ve never been a huge fan of Oregano’s. For those who don’t know about it, it is a small chain of Italian restaurants that mostly exists in AZ to my knowledge. It’s not that the food is overly terrible, nor is the customer service bad, but I just don’t get why it’s so popular. I guess its really a case of you can’t take the Jersey out of the Jersey boy I guess. Let me start with the food. I love the fact that there are generous helpings of food here. This makes the expense worthwhile, since a college student on a budget can easily make three small meals out of one portion of spaghetti here. However the food here just doesn’t taste good. Maybe it’s because I am from NJ or maybe it’s the herbs, because I once got a chicken parmesan plate here that was overwhelmed by the herbs. Another issue I have here is that the place often gets crowded often which means that it can be loud, and the service will lag as a result. Still, I really enjoy their thin crust pizza, especially since you have a choice of getting green or kalamata olives on them in addition to the customary black ones. So given that their pizza toppings are excellent, I will give it a pass.

Me and my family stopped here on the way through Flagstaff to Albuquerque. We happened to pick this based upon Unilocal reviews. My wife had the eggplant parmesan with Angel hair pasta and Alfredo sauce I had the marinara pasta with Italian sausage and my daughter had the chicken parmesan. Every one of our plates were fantastic! We are so happy we came here! Thank you Oregano’s!

Holy cow this place is good! Tried the deep dish. Barely made a dent. Also, the garlic cheese bread is one whole half of a large french loaf. Wait times can be long during dinner hours.

Visited Oregano’s during my very first visit to Flagstaff per recommendation of a nice girl working at an apartment lease office. She was raving about their pizza cookie! She said it was better than the pizookie, so it was a must! We visited for lunch on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. We waited about half a hour before being seated. There are tons of options to choose from — deep dish pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, salads, etc. What nobody warned me about was the SIZE of their portions. I was craving a diet coke and thought it was justified with the unlimited free refills, but let me tell you, you won’t need that refill… The cup was huge!!! I ordered their El Diablo Shrimp Pasta($ 14.99) and was warned that it was probably the spiciest dish on their menu. I didn’t really believe them because I’m usually disappointed by restaurant spice levels. I’ll give it to them, it is a spicy dish. Almost to the point of discomfort, but it was delicious. I hardly finished half before I was stuffed. The dishes match the cup sizes. Definitely shareable. The second time I visited I was already moved into Flagstaff. My boyfriend and I came here again for lunch. Got their Original Italian Stuffed Sandwich($ 8.99) and it was just average. Your typical Italian sandwich with pepperoni, salami, and the works. Loved that you get the option for waffle fries. The small cup of coleslaw helped me feel a LITTLE less guilty. The boyfriend got the Big Beef Sandwich($ 10.89). So good! I’m so glad we split half of our sandwiches with each other. Their chef’s special sauce, whatever it is, really makes the sandwich. Highly recommended! Ordered the Brussel Sprouts($ 4.89) as an appetizer and it came out after we already finished our meal. That was terrible… They should put that it will take 20 minutes to make on their menu. It was nothing to rave about, so I wouldn’t bother ordering it again. We really shouldn’t have, but we topped it all off with the Original Pizza Cookie($ 4.99). Half chocolate chip and half white chocolate macadamia nut topped with vanilla bean ice cream. Needless to say, it was simply amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Flagstaff. It has easily become a favorite spot for me!

I’ve had great service at this place and I loved all the waiters and staff, they were fun to joke around with. Unfortunately it comes down to the food. I have had the worst food poisoning in my life here. It took me out for a week. Symptoms that come with food poisoning, you name them I had them. It was awful. I definitely do not recommend their alfredo just for this reason. After that, I vowed I would never go here again. The service was all that saved it from a one star review.
