Great bike shop. They fixed my bearing issue while I waited and told me some good places to run and ride. They also helped this little kid fix a flat. Great service !

Paul and Kyle saved our out of town mountain biking trip with an emergency rear dérailleur fix. These guys went above and beyond even staying after closing to squeeze in my repair and to do it right. Glad we found this shop! Thanks guys!

Took mine and my wife’s bike in for tune ups and cable replacements. Excellent service and the attitude of every one we spoke to was outstanding. Very helpful and great customer skills. We wheeled our bikes out and I realized that we forgot to have my wife’s handle bar grips replaced. I went back in and one of the guys stopped working on a bike and replaced her grips. That is excellent customer service.

Kyle was extremely helpful! I will recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a great deal on bike accessories. So glad I stopped in and I’ll definitely be back again!

Adjacent to NAU campus and Milton Road commercial area, attentive and knowledgeable staff who serviced my used bike at a reasonable cost. Great variety and selection of new Trek bikes for sale too.

Top notch knowledgable/​skillful staff. Good inventory of bikes and parts. If they don’t have it, they can get it pronto. They’ll make it happen no matter what the issue is.

I think maybe I went to Single Track on an off day, as all the reviews prior to mine are 5-​star. I think the people who work at Single Track are definitely competent and quick, however, I wouldn’t describe them as friendly or knowledgeable. Maybe I was asking the wrong questions. I’m kind of newish to biking, and thinking that bike service is like car service and that you’re better off taking your bike to a shop that sells your brand, I brought my Gary Fisher to Single Track for a tune-​up because they deal in Trek bikes. When I walked in with my bike, I had to approach one of the guys in the shop. At other shops in town, they practically fall over themselves to say hello and ask how they can help. I felt like I was nothing but a bother to the guys in Single Track that day. I’ve been looking to get another bike, and I was asking some questions about the Trek bikes that they have in stock. The guy I was talking to couldn’t answer a single one of my questions, which made me wonder how well he knows the bikes that he’s supposed to be selling. There was another guy in there looking to buy some tires, and I overheard him asking another sales guy a question, to which he was replied, «I have no idea.» This is a bike shop. Where stuff is sold that you would assume the sales people are familiar with. I feel like if you already know what you want, and you have not a single question, Single Track might be the place to go. I just don’t feel like it’s the place to go if you have even the most rudimentary of questions.
On the upside, they finished my tune-​up super fast… it was done the day after I dropped it off, and I felt that it was very reasonably priced. Most of the other shops in town seem to take a week to finish a tune-​up, so I did appreciate having my bike back so quickly.

This is the only place in Flagstaff that I’ve taken my bike to be serviced. They are friendly, generous, knowledgeable. They helped me out enormously when I was in a pinch. Enough said, I don’t need to go anywhere else.

The guys at this shop are knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Fast service at fair prices. No other shop in Flag comes close.

The guys here are amazing. Very knowledgable, friendly, and have the stuff you might need.
They dont have that elitist attitude you find at some shops and they have quick turn around on tune-​ups and maintenance needed.
If you buy a bike from them, you get three free tune-​ups for a year after purchase.
Good prices, good guys and super friendly. No more need be said.
